"The room was clean and comfortable, featuring brand new, modern minimalist furnishings. The wooden floors were particularly great for allergy sufferers, and the pillows provided were incredibly comfortable. They even offered complimentary mung bean dessert soup, which was incredibly refreshing and a wonderful treat on a hot summer's day! With a huge parking lot, finding a space was never an issue. Even when busy, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always serving with a smile. Upon check-out, they even thoughtfully offered me a complimentary bottle of water."

"We stayed on a 2 Beds Single room with a Nice scenic View of Hallstatt Village. The front disk Manger Elsie was so Accommodating, Helpful and Kind always checking on us on what we need. She was also a Good on speaking English. also giving us some complimentary gifts and others.
Also the restaurant staff Joey was so accommodating and prepping us some late diner and also attending on us on the morning breakfast.
If you want to have a relaxing place to stay, walk around Hallstatt village will really recommend this place. people here are so nice and Kind.

YYayayayayayayaSatisfied: The hotel is very new and clean. It was just renovated in January 2025. I must have opened or renovated the hotel in the past two years. The old hotel is not hygienic.
The price of the hotel is good, this price is maintained, and it will definitely be my first choice for recommending and self-staying every person in the future. The humanized experience is good, the takeaway can be delivered directly to the room, and there is a gym laundry room for free.
The room is relatively large, the ordinary big bed room is so big, it is a little bigger than many hotel rooms, more spacious and comfortable, there are sofas and tables at the same time, many hotel rooms sofa small tea tables and desks are not both, this hotel basic room is really great. The quality of washing and care is good. As a girl, many hotel shampoos are really difficult to use. They are astringent and dry. Generally, I like this toiletries. KKat12345This was a fabulous stay in a beautiful villa. It was even better than expected. The room itself was spacious, the little pool and hot tub were amazing, and in general, the stay was peaceful and quiet. I am not sure how it is when it’s full capacity, it could probably get pretty loud (on Saturday evening the villa next to us was occupied and it was really really loud from the other guests), so it’s probably not a great idea to go during holidays if you want a serene experience. The staff was really helpful and kind, they brought us fruit and ordered food and drinks for us from a local farm. Honestly, I would like to come here every weekend, just to unwind and chill and read by the pool. I will definitely be back!

MM253769****Full marks, excellent review! The service was incredibly warm. As soon as we arrived at the entrance, someone came to greet us and help with our luggage. Any request we had was promptly addressed, and the arrangements were very thoughtful. When it started raining while we were playing on the lawn, someone immediately came with an umbrella to pick us up. Breakfast was so plentiful, I couldn't even finish it all 😝. There were various vegetables in the garden, and it was so delicious to eat what we picked ourselves. Every photo we took turned out amazing; the scenery is incredibly beautiful and so therapeutic. Our whole family was very satisfied. A special thank you to all the staff; this was a truly wonderful trip.

MMike852I am told (by locals) that its the best Hotel in this town. The room is clean and in good size, i slept very well. Fair cost /value relation. Breakfast may not be for a Westener’s taste but there is a coffeeshop and bakery minutes away to solve that. (I could not find a hotel directory in the room, or pencil and paper, and i think the shower / water mixer could deserve an update)

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel on a business trip. I had stayed there before. The experience was okay, so I booked it again. The room I was given this time had dead bugs on the bedding, and there were more than one or two. I don't know if it was because no one had stayed in the room for a long time or the bedding was not clean. After I checked in, I washed and worked first. I found dead bugs on the bed when I went to bed very late, so I cleaned it myself. The next day, I found the front desk and asked them to help change a set of bedding. The bedding used that night was cleaner. However, I stayed for two consecutive days. When checking in, the front desk only opened a valid room card for one day without informing me. As a result, I went back to the hotel at night and went to the room and ran down to reactivate the room card. The room was very far away, which made people angry. The front desk not only didn't say sorry, but also shirked the responsibility, which was speechless. In short, this experience was quite bad. The room facilities and environment are OK, the price-performance ratio is good, and it would be better if there were fewer strange accidents.

SSiu ChungAlthough I had chosen a room in a high-rise unit when making a reservation, I had to pay extra to stay in the room when I checked in. As a result, I didn't want the lower floor to be too close to the hotel nightclub, so I paid extra to stay in a higher floor.
The room space is satisfactory and consistent with the description, but there is no bathtub equipment. Customer service said that there are no bathtub rooms in the entire hotel.
The breakfast buffet is okay, but there is not much choice of food.
