"My stay at Pullman Haining was absolutely fantastic this time around! ✨ The lobby boasts an elegant and grand design, with mustard yellow sofas complementing artistic floor tiles, giving it a truly stylish vibe. The restaurant's floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of lush greenery, making for an incredible dining experience with amazing ambiance. The room details were also thoughtfully done; the toiletries were high-quality, and the towels were clean and soft. The floral arrangements in the public areas were exquisitely crafted, exuding sophistication everywhere you looked. The service was attentive and considerate, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Haining!"

"The online service arranged for us a room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. As soon as we entered, there was a strong smell of new renovation because the windows hadn't been opened. We kept the windows and balcony door open while we slept, and the smell was fine then. The duvet was a thick winter one, which was a bit too warm for the current weather. Another thing I have to complain about is that the entire scenic area is very large, but the shuttle bus only stops at the start and end points, not in between, which was really inconvenient and made for a lot of walking. We mainly came to see the tidal bore, and the forecast said it would be one meter high, but in reality, it was probably about a decimeter. Everything else was good. The room even had a small sterilizer for cups, meeting a 5-star service standard."

"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay. The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect. The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"The environment is great, the computers are excellent, and the screen mirroring is very clear. The mouse and other equipment work really well, making gaming very smooth. The front desk staff also have a great service attitude."

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal."

"Very nice resort. I didn’t use all the amenities but it looks very nice. The food is not very foreigner friendly, specially the breakfast. Not many people during the weekdays so buffet isn’t available but the people is very nice and welcoming."

"This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The location of the hotel is excellent, a few minutes walk is the North Street, surrounded by food and performances. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept very soundly at night. From the warm reception at the front desk to the timely response of the room service, the whole experience is very comfortable, the price is too high! I bought a package ～ bar ～ tickets are included in it, mainly because there are countless shuttle buses that are particularly good to use ～ otherwise the park is too big and it is really wasteful legs ～ The only inconvenience is that the takeaway cannot be delivered to the park ～ and the merchants in the park close early. I was hungry in the middle of the night and had nothing to eat. Fortunately, there was a housekeeper to help go to the visitor center to get it. Give our housekeeper 100 points. Anyway, I will choose to live in the old city next time. After all, it is also very early, especially morning tea."

"The landlord was very warm and thoughtful, and introduced the dining tides around the hotel in detail, but in fact, it was very comfortable to stay in the hotel. The decoration of the homestay is very good, the hanging chairs and sofas on the balcony are warmly furnished, just by the sea pond. Sitting on the balcony looking at the Qiantang River view, playing cards and drinking tea, it is very comfortable and relaxed. When I heard the sound of the tide, I stood up and saw it clearly on the balcony. Very satisfied with a stay experience!"
