"The room was very clean, and I did not notice any areas that felt dirty during my stay.
The location is excellent for anyone who has business at the university. However, for tourists, it may be less convenient, as there is no nearby metro or train station and traveling around requires taking a taxi. For me, since I was visiting a friend who studies at the university, the location was perfect.
The staff were cheerful, friendly, and very helpful throughout my stay.
The room was well equipped with most of the necessary amenities. The only thing missing was a refrigerator. Surprisingly (and amusingly), there was even laundry detergent provided 😂, which was a nice and unexpected touch."

"During the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival holidays, we took the kids to Yanguan to see the Qiantang River tidal bore. We chose this Haishi Hotel based on reviews, and it was a wonderful surprise! The hotel rooms were spacious, with balconies, exquisitely decorated, and the service was excellent! Located right at the entrance of the ancient city scenic area, hotel guests can enter and exit the area multiple times using facial recognition, or take a shuttle bus – very convenient! There's a restaurant called Guchengmen Restaurant downstairs; the reviews suggested the food was good, but it was too crowded, so we ate out instead. We'll try it again next time!"

"Facilities: Excellent hardware, clean and tidy. Although located outside the scenic area, access is very convenient, offering a tranquil retreat amidst the hustle and bustle.
Cleanliness: Very clean, a safe stay.
Environment: Located in the North Gate Market, overlooking the ancient waterside street.
Service: From check-in to check-out, including luggage storage, every receptionist was warm and attentive. The welcome fruit we received upon check-in was fresh, not something that had been sitting in the room for ages, which was a nice touch.
Overall, my whole family enjoyed the slower pace of the hotel and would definitely go back."

"The hotel room was excellent, facing south and getting plenty of sunlight through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The two beds in our twin room were much wider than what you usually find in hotels, which made for a great night's sleep. All the amenities provided were high-end and very comprehensive. "There are not many people in the whole resort on weekends, so the experience is great. The small bridge is flowing, and the flowers and fish lights are quiet and interesting. The shuttle bus basically didn't wait very smoothly. The accommodation was upgraded to the lead singer hotel for free. The room was very spacious. The mini bar had free drinks. The window was a small river. Watching the fish swim in the water for a while, I felt that I could fish directly in the room. Unfortunately, the fish was in the car.
The most remarkable thing is the breakfast, very rich and tastes good.
If there is anything to be improved, one is that the water in the shower in the room can be bigger. Another is the episode that said that the system was remodeled that day. All restaurants in the scenic area could not scan the code to order. It was a bit messy before returning to liberation overnight. I forgot to serve us food and waited for a long time."

"I was on a business trip. I left my backpack with Apple laptop, cash in multiple currencies, passport, handphone in it on the side of the street in front of the hotel, where the Didi pick up was. I realised this only upon arrival of Hangzhou Airport (1 hour+ drive from the hotel). Immediately call the hotel FO and he managed to get it back from the street and safekeeping it until another Didi pick up and send to me in airport. If any management member see this post, please praise the FO. The incident was on 21/1/2025 around 8am. "

"Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is high-tech, I got an amazing view with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s a Dyson hair dryer in the room, and the room aesthetics were cool. Hotel is right beside a giant shopping mall (Yintai City), and there are many amenities. Gym and self-service laundry are free and available 24/7, and your room can monitor the progress of the laundry. Overall just super value-for-money and an absolute steal."

blade3I chose this hotel because it's a Kaiyuan Mingting property and just opened in 2025, so I expected it to be good, and it didn't disappoint! The room was bright, clean, and comfortable, quite spacious, and both twin beds were 1.5-meter queens. I was pleasantly surprised to find the toilet and shower separate, and even a smart toilet, which made it feel like excellent value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was large and convenient. They also offer self-service laundry and a gym. The buffet breakfast was a great mix of Chinese and Western dishes, with a rich variety and delicious food. The 'Jiangyun' uniform worn by staff was also a nice distinctive touch.

逍遙遊世界The hotel is located at the entrance to Yanguan Ancient City, a direct taxi ride from the airport. Guests staying at the hotel enjoy free entry and exit to the scenic area, including unlimited rides on the scenic area's tour bus, which is very convenient. Breakfast is served in the restaurant, and the food is quite varied. The hotel staff are sincere and polite, and offered to help with luggage. Please note that there is no elevator for the second-floor rooms, only stairs. The air conditioning in the room can be adjusted, and the overall stay was very good. 👍🏻

The price/performance ratio is very good, the location in the old city, the room hygiene is also very good, but there are also some unsatisfactory points. The air conditioning was broken during breakfast; I was sweating while eating in such a hot day, and the attitude of the check-in staff was really unfriendly, the worst I have encountered in a hotel I have stayed in. The front desk is the facade, after all, it is an old hotel, and I hope it can be improved.

whyyunThis hotel is not good value for money. Although it is a hotel under the Kaiyuan brand, the quality and service do not meet the 4-star standard. The front desk upgraded me to a deluxe room, but the plastic seal on the bathroom door was still peeling off. The hotel breakfast was good, but unfortunately there was no fruit. Overall, I felt that the hotel service was not professional and enthusiastic enough, and it did not have the same luxurious feel as B&B.

Guest UserI came to Xucun on a business trip and discovered this newly opened hotel and decided to try it out. Sure enough, I was not disappointed. When I arrived at the hotel, the service staff was very enthusiastic and helped arrange the room I liked. He also patiently explained the hotel's service facilities. I was pleasantly surprised after entering the room. The layout was very good, it was very large and spacious, and there were floor-to-ceiling windows with a great view. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it.

A xiaoboWhen I checked in, they didn't tell me that I needed to register my child. And I've never been to a hotel where I need to register a 20-month-old child. Do I need to bring a birth certificate? I was having a meal, and when I came back to the hotel, someone else was at the front desk. I went to get a room card, and they told me to register my child. Why didn't they tell me before? I was speechless. I won't consider this hotel again.
