"The hotel room was excellent, facing south and getting plenty of sunlight through its floor-to-ceiling windows. It was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. The two beds in our twin room were much wider than what you usually find in hotels, which made for a great night's sleep. All the amenities provided were high-end and very comprehensive. When we called the hotel to confirm, they immediately sent us another one, which was very nice of them. The only minor drawback is that both elevators leading to the guest rooms felt a bit wobbly. I hope they can look into maintaining them."
