"This is my second stay at this hotel, and I booked the same room type. Upon my early arrival, the room wasn't ready – it was either still occupied or hadn't been cleaned. The only reported issue for room 1820 was a non-functioning AC. Housekeeping had flagged it the day before, yet the maintenance team only came to fix it *after* I had already checked in. As a guest, I was quite frustrated, but given my early arrival and the hotel's attempt to accommodate, I didn't make a fuss. However, less than an hour after it was 'fixed,' the AC stopped cooling again. When housekeeping checked, they claimed high occupancy meant the AC units were overworked. They offered a fan and asked me to 'make do'.
Secondly, the hotel's buffet selection was limited, but worse, the salad greens were withered and stale, and many dishes clearly looked like leftovers from the previous meal. Desserts seemed several days old. In the Japanese section, the salmon and tuna had been sitting out for too long, severely compromising their flavor. The person slicing the salmon should be a genuine expert in Japanese cuisine, not just someone capable of cutting slices and dressed as a chef. The food quality was abysmal. I'd actually given feedback a year ago, so it's clear neither the culinary team nor management has made any improvements. Thankfully, a staff member from the F&B department (named **Zhi) promptly calmed me down – kudos to them! While the hotel's hardware is acceptable, service and management are what truly count.
Having had such a poor dining experience, I decided to try the SPA. I booked the most expensive option, over 800 for an hour, for two people. But heading downstairs, I was shocked. A five-star hotel's spa should be clean and professional, offering a commensurate experience for such high prices. Instead, the spa was located within a hair and beauty salon, appearing completely unofficial. They even admitted it was outsourced to a third party. I have to ask, has a five-star hotel really stooped to this? Where is the management oversight? This Jining trip made me think people here might not prioritize food; they aren't discerning. And a five-star hotel's spa shouldn't just outsource to a street-side salon instead of bringing in reputable brands. How do you justify charging 400, 600, or 800+ for these services? The F&B department needs training, and the head chef requires innovation. I sincerely hope for a much better experience on my next stay!"

"This hotel was truly amazing and I have to give it a thumbs-up! Its location in the high-tech zone makes it incredibly convenient for getting around, and the amenities were beyond our expectations. The room was incredibly well-appointed, with a high-definition smart TV that could cast its screen to my phone, making it incredibly comfortable to curl up on the sofa and watch a show at night. The high-speed WiFi was flawless throughout, making it incredibly easy to work and watch videos. There was even a mini bar for storing drinks—perfect attention to detail. The bathroom had a clean, dry/wet area, a spacious sink, and even a soft-lit makeup mirror—perfect for ladies. The public areas also didn't disappoint. The lobby lounge area was elegant, with free printing and charging services. The gym was brand new and well-equipped, with everything from treadmills to free weights, so I didn't miss out on a workout during my stay. The front desk was also very attentive, answering every question and providing helpful tips for nearby attractions. With such comprehensive amenities and thoughtful touches, I'll definitely stay here again next time and have already recommended it to my colleagues!"

"The hotel just opened in 2024, so everything is still very new. The reception is on the top floor (27th), along with the restaurant, gym, and laundry room.
My room was decorated in a B-Duck theme. It was super spacious and even had toys inside, which my child really enjoyed. Everything was cute and carefully arranged. I was surprised to see a Dyson hair dryer in the bathroom!
The breakfast buffet was delicious and had more variety than other hotels I’ve stayed at recently. I especially liked the instant coffee packets – very convenient, and not many hotels offer that.
There’s a free laundry and drying service, and they even folded the clothes and delivered them to the room after drying.
Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is also in a very convenient area, close to a supermarket and lots of good restaurants.
I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back to Qufu."

This location is also very convenient to take a taxi, about 15 minutes to the city, 30 minutes to the airport. The hotel is relatively new and the night view outside the window is quite good."

XXiaoyaochenchenIt was great. The boss and his wife were very friendly. I was lucky enough to taste the tea made by the boss's wife herself. The small courtyard where we stayed also had a special a**osphere. The room was very clean and fully equipped. It was not far from the scenic spot and it felt quiet in a bustling city. Recommended! FFamily traveller 123Good standard hotel. Kids loved the activités offered as well as the soft play. Breakfast was good and pool was clean if basic. Sauna and steam room weren’t really on, temeperatures were so low as to not make them worth suing.

AAnonymous UserOur two-night stay. All the staff provided warm and attentive service. Tiffany and Evelyn handled our check-in, asking about our needs and communicating promptly when issues arose, which was excellent. Daisy from Juyuan Restaurant explained the menu items with a cheerful smile; the appetizers were delicious, especially the bamboo shoots and the soybeans.
The breakfast quality was quite good, and they even offered free children's entertainment. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The general cleanliness of the property was acceptable, but there's room for improvement in the room details: the pillows were too soft, and it would be great to have a choice of both soft and firm options. The bathroom's under-mount sink had stubborn stains in the inner corner where it met the countertop. Since the mirror reflected these, it looked unappealing (I won't post photos, but they're noticeable upon inspection). The towels and bath sheets were new and clean, but they shed a lot of fine lint; it felt like I'd inhale the fibers when using them, which was quite unpleasant. Furthermore, regarding the carpet, I personally feel it should be minimized. In humid and hot conditions, carpets can harbor bacteria that simple vacuuming can't resolve effectively.
Overall, it's an acceptable stay. Given that it was a busy holiday period, I think it's crucial to consider increasing the cleaning staff. The hotel hasn't undergone extensive renovation in about ten years, so regular maintenance is very important. It's perfectly fine for it to show its age, but it shouldn't look neglected or dirty.
The hotel has a lot of character. A friend recommended it, and I would also recommend it to others for a visit. Oh, and the hotel is very close to the scenic area, which is extremely convenient.

The butler will take you to the room and help you with your luggage, help you connect to the wifi, and introduce you to the attractions and restaurants in Qufu. GGuest UserThe hotel's decor is quite nice, with a very artistic atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. However, some small details could be improved. For example, the sofa in the lobby, although gray, looks dirty. The elevator floor is damaged. There's a leak in the hallway, and they use a plastic bucket to catch it. It doesn't fit the hotel's style. Most importantly, the frosted glass in the bathroom is too transparent, allowing for clear viewing. After all, the children are grown, and it's embarrassing to watch their parents use the restroom. I hope this can be improved.

The front desk brother is very warm and the service is sincere. When I first checked in, I introduced us to the surrounding environment. The proprietress is very nice and kind. The next morning, my son and I got up late and had breakfast time. I didn't expect the proprietress to leave us meals specially, eat in the stomach, warm in the heart, like 👍👍! It's about a 45-minute walk to Nishan or you can order a taxi. It's nice to walk around the village nearby and visit the countryside. It's also nice seeing the stars after dark. There are no shops nearby so you can order food to your room. The floor is cold. The air conditioner keeps the room warm.
