"I was passing by Longnan and found this place temporarily. I was very satisfied with it overall. The room was large, well decorated, and soundproofed. The bedding and toiletries were all good. It was very cost-effective!!! Highly recommended! The public area was not very clean, and the elevator was not very clean. The breakfast was average and the service was not very good."

"The secret environment of the house hidden in the mountains and rivers, the environment is quiet and elegant, the room is comfortable and clean, the service is intimate and thoughtful, there is sugar water at night, breakfast has porridge and some special snacks, the holiday feeling is full, healing and comfortable."

"If you're driving, choosing a room halfway up the mountain is best; the rooms are very new, and it's just a few minutes' drive to the top. The hot springs are nice, and the swimming pool is great. The downside is that I wanted to swim again the next morning, but the pool didn't open until 12:30 PM, clearly only opening after check-out, which felt a bit stingy. Overall, the environment was excellent, and I'd definitely go back for my next vacation."

"Honestly, I'm quite disappointed with this trip. I originally booked a standalone bamboo garden villa, but when we arrived at night, the front desk told me it was too damp and recommended the 'You Ran' courtyard instead. These aren't even in the same league! If it was too damp, they should have informed me in advance, not wait until late at night when we arrived. It was pitch black on the mountain at night, and we were left to find our room ourselves. How can a place this big offer such service? We searched for ages. I had visited once before and genuinely thought it was great; after checking in at the front desk, a car would immediately take us to our courtyard, and the whole experience was very welcoming. Last night, if it weren't for navigation, I really don't know where we would have ended up. Why would such a beautiful place have no guests? The service truly needs significant improvement. This isn't like a regular city hotel; it's a resort, and if no one guides you, you genuinely can't find your room late at night."

"將酒店住宿定位在南武當山，似乎能符合高水準、乾淨衞生和近距離感受當地風土人情的，有且衹有“星作”這一家了。前台姑娘熱情好客，有求必應；民宿老總親切接待，貼心安排；更巧遇了超美味的殺豬宴。這裏的住宿條件，絲毫不遜色於過往的大牌酒店或民宿，空間很大，滿滿的體驗感。早餐大分量，味道更沒得説，就是樸實但老有誠意了那種。最超乎認知的是，這裏工作人員的淳樸和熱情。民宿餐館的菜（我們點了釀豆腐，小炒魚，韭菜炒雞蛋和炒青菜）特別好吃之外，份量大，工作人員在最後一道菜已經做好且端過來的情況下，主動要求幫我們退掉，還安慰説，正好可以作為他們員工餐。酒店周邊就是客家村落，住在這裏，隨便溜達溜達，我已經不太有興趣去看那些歷史圍屋景點了，這裏才是更鮮活的客家文化場所……待到春天，周邊會是漫山遍野的桃花，特別值得再來體驗。"

The outdoor space is spacious and suitable for rest and taking pictures. The landlord is very good, and the communication and reply quickly if there is a problem. The safety facilities are complete, and the travel and living are assured. It is very suitable for family travel and is recommended."
