"Location: The hotel is situated in Nisai Village, right at the foot of Goddess Mountain cable car. It's a bit tucked away, but as we were driving, getting there was convenient. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it's quite secluded yet well-equipped.
From the hotel, a short walk to the lake shore brings you to Nisai Pier, where you can take a boat, feed seagulls, and even visit the island (Bird Island) – very convenient.
Environment: The lake view is absolutely stunning. The lawn leading from the hotel to the lake is also beautiful, perfect for photos, truly gorgeous.

"I wasn't originally planning to stay at this hotel in Lugu Lake. The previous one didn't have adequate heating, so I quickly searched for another place on Trip.com, and to my surprise, I stumbled upon a real gem.
The service was absolutely impeccable. The staff directly helped me transfer my luggage from the previous hotel, saving me a significant amount of time and making my trip incredibly smooth. Knowing I get cold easily, they turned on the heating for me while I was out, and returning to a warm room was genuinely heartwarming. What moved me even more was that a staff member, even after their shift ended late at night, was willing to help me dry my clothes. The next morning, they thoughtfully delivered breakfast to my room.
After checking out, I realized I had left something in my room, and they promptly brought it to me. To receive this level of service at this price point, I honestly wanted to tip them. To every staff member who assisted me, you all worked so hard, and I'm truly grateful for such a wonderful stay.
The room itself was also outstanding. The previous hotel, which was even more expensive, didn't have facilities as complete as this one. The value for money here is truly first-class; the heating is incredibly effective. I could wear just a T-shirt and shorts in the room at night and still feel perfectly warm. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very reassuring stay.
If any friends come to Lugu Lake in the future, I will undoubtedly recommend they stay here!"

"Our brief Lugu Lake trip with three adults and one child. The loft room was a bit small for four people, especially the bathroom area, which was tiny. There was barely any space around the sink to put anything, making it feel very cramped.
However, the guesthouse still left a wonderful impression on me. The housekeepers and the young ladies at the front desk were all incredibly warm and friendly, taking care of every little detail, which made us feel very cared for. This was definitely a 100% plus point. Our room offered direct views of Lugu Lake, and if we had woken up early enough, we might have even seen the morning mist... (But we're not early risers at all!)
The on-site restaurant also served excellent food. While breakfast wasn't a buffet, for a set breakfast, it was incredibly rich and comprehensive. It included congee, sandwiches (or corn cakes), fruit, yogurt, milk/coffee/soy milk, and even a small pot of rice noodles.
In the evenings, they even delivered complimentary sweet tremella soup, and there were fresh flower cakes in the room... The owner clearly puts a lot of thought into everything.
On the day we checked out, we had a small moment of unexpected joy: we saw messages left by other guests in the room. It suddenly made me feel that this is what a beautiful life is all about."

"I stayed in the parent-child room with my grandma!!! I booked blindly after reading the comments! The joy of opening the blind box is that it is so worth it! There is not much introduction to the room. In addition to what they said, there are also hairbands, independent makeup removal wipes, etc., full of details! It was cloudy when I came, so I didn’t take pictures of the yard. The real picture is as shown~ The room service is also very considerate. "It truly exceeded my already high expectations.
📍Butler Service⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Several young butlers handled everything from breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea to evening sweet soup. They responded promptly to any requests in the group chat. Breakfast was a daily selection with different options (Picture 13), very plentiful and delicious; I was very full every morning.
Afternoon tea (Picture 6) was also great 👍🏻. The guesthouse has its own kitchen, and the food was exceptionally delicious. Perhaps because the owner is from Sichuan, I, a spicy food lover, thoroughly enjoyed it (Pictures 9, 10, 11). Evening sweet soup was delivered to my room every night at 9 pm.
📍Guesthouse Facilities and View⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed three nights, experiencing both the family room and the double room. Both had 2-meter beds and outdoor balconies with stunning lake views (Pictures 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 14, 15). Although it rained every day, staying at the guesthouse was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The guesthouse lobby (Figures 7, 8, and 12) is decorated in a style that young people love—very fancy and pet-friendly (Figure 2). There's also free pet food available in the lobby. The front desk has coffee, various types of wine, and complimentary Yunnan tea. My three-day stay was truly a very comfortable experience.
If you come to Lugu Lake, I wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse. For someone like me who has always dreamed of opening a guesthouse, it was truly a dream come true!"

"Stepping into the room, I was immediately greeted by a delightful fragrance, perfectly setting the mood. The amenities were incredibly comprehensive; given how dry Lijiang's weather can be, the hotel thoughtfully provided a large Xiaomi humidifier and even makeup remover wipes – they really understand what women need! I had originally booked a standard double room, but the staff kindly upgraded me to a 270° panoramic double room free of charge. The view was absolutely stunning, and the scenery was incredibly beautiful and perfect for photos 📸. They also included complimentary pick-up and drop-off service, and the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and there was even afternoon tea. The fruit tarts and coffee completely won me over ☕. I truly adored the meticulous service, down to every detail. "The pickup and drop-off service was very thoughtful; they didn't skimp just because we were only staying one night. There's also a dedicated butler group that provides attentive service to guests. If you need anything, Butler Zhuoma responds promptly in the group chat. The hotel's location is also excellent. The back entrance is close to the Mosuo Museum, there are many restaurants, and transportation is convenient. The front entrance is near the lake, right next to the boardwalk, making it very pleasant for a stroll by the lake to enjoy the scenery. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious!"

GGuest UserThe lobby of the B&B is comfortable, and the front desk is attentive and has excellent service attitude. We stayed in a lake view terrace room, which had a larger sense of space. In addition, the room was decorated with mostly wood, and all the equipment and toilet facilities were carefully arranged, beautiful and tidy. A good breakfast was prepared in the morning. When we were about to leave the B&B, the person in charge also gave us two bags of local specialty dried apples as souvenirs, which was really heartwarming! I highly recommend that if you travel to Lugu Lake, you can consider staying in this 5-star service homestay, you will not be disappointed!

QqiuxinruiI am willing to give a full score to the B&B. It completely changed my prejudice against B&Bs. I used to only stay in hotels, but there is only the Indigo International Five-Star Hotel in Lugu Lake, and it is not adjacent to the lake. So I chose Qiushan, which is full of flowers all the way. From the beginning of the reservation, there was a housekeeper contact, and the most important thing is that the sense of boundary is very good. The hotel is in Ninglang Village, there is no business in Daluoshui Village, and it is also very clean. The scenery outside the window is like an oil painting. There are plenty of drinks every day, afternoon tea, and Tremella milk in the evening. Although the breakfast is not rich, it doesn’t matter what to eat in such a scenery. It is recommended to have a toaster. The sanitation is clean, the bedding and supplies are very good, and the most comfortable thing is that the sense of boundary of all the enthusiastic staff makes you very comfortable. Unlike other B&Bs, you can make friends, but there is also a sense of intimacy. Like a hotel, you can find someone to solve any problem at any time, and I won’t disturb your sense of relaxation on vacation. I stayed for 3 days and I didn’t live enough, so I will come again.

3320771****Our driver was incredibly hardworking, constantly ferrying guests to and from the hotel. Despite the high-intensity work, he remained exceptionally kind and enthusiastic – truly a role model for us mere mortals! One time, we tried walking uphill back to the hotel, and he found us halfway, offering a ride. From then on, he earnestly urged us never to bother walking back ourselves and always to call for a pickup. It really warmed our hearts.
The hotel's location is indeed a bit remote. You can't reach Daluoshui Village in just 3 kilometers. For those doing a lake tour, I recommend finishing in Daluoshui, exploring a bit, and then taking a taxi back. It’s a trade-off between the beautiful semi-mountain views and convenient transportation. The hotel's backyard also offers a lovely scenic spot where you can relax.
Finally, a few minor downsides: breakfast is really not enough, and it's a bit monotonous. If you choose Chinese style, you only get a bowl of rice noodles and nothing else. That grand piano everyone posts pictures of can only be played for two hours a day and *only* if there are no other guests, which basically means you can't play it. The Yamaha grand piano is just for show, which is a shame.

Cleanliness: The bathrobes didn't feel itchy when worn.
Environment: The view was excellent, directly facing Shennü Mountain.
Service: The staff were friendly and very enthusiastic.
Welcome fruit: Tasted like a Wogan orange, quite sweet.
Minibar: Included Coke, Oriental Leaf tea, and Sam's Club cookies. The Basque cheesecake at afternoon tea was delicious, though I couldn't quite place the flavor. Breakfast was rice noodles plus a Western-style platter. The coffee and drinks were made with a semi-automatic machine, so they tasted decent.
Goodnight milk: I chose mulled wine while watching a movie, paired with freshly baked milk fan (a local specialty) from the hotel. It was very relaxing.

GGuest UserAbsolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch.
Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel)
Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job.
Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

GGuest UserOriginally we wanted to stay in Dashuoshui. After arriving at Lugu Lake, we went to Dashui for a walk. It was too noisy for us. Sanjia Village is a good choice, with convenient transportation and quietness amidst the bustle. We visited the B&B first and then made a reservation. The rooms were no different from the ones advertised in the pictures. The facilities were complete and clean. The projectors and smart toilets all worked well. The boss was very nice. He chatted with us, recommended places to play, and protected us from lightning. They also turned on the air conditioner for us in advance, which was very considerate. You can see the lake when you open the curtains in the room. The view from the B&B is very good. The breakfast is very rich, much better than what we spent 15 yuan to eat outside. Not only is the view of the lake great, there is also a wetland park outside which is great for walking. There is also a kitten in the store who is very friendly and cute.

MM544550****The room was very spacious and clean, with excellent amenities including a smart toilet, hairdryer, kettle, and disposable toilet seat covers, making our stay very comfortable. It even came equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was perfect as we were able to wash all our clothes during our two-day stay at Lugu Lake.
The bedding was incredibly comfortable. The pillows for resting our heads were just the right height, and the soft bolster pillows were very plush. It was truly Atour-level quality, excellent! The toiletries were also great. My family is always concerned about hotel hygiene, but here we felt completely at ease sleeping without needing to use our own disposable bedding.
The guesthouse's location is superb, very close to Lugu Lake. We could just walk through the courtyard straight to the lakeside, which was incredibly convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning and taking a stroll in the evening.
The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful. The afternoon tea was delicious with a generous selection of pastries, and they were happy to bring more if we requested. GGuest UserThis Lugu Lake Hotel is a great experience! The facilities are very new, the room is fully equipped with smart devices, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The service is considerate and in place, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they are warm and thoughtful, and they respond to every request. The hygiene is impeccable, and every corner is clean and tidy. The best thing is the environment, with the green mountains behind and the lake view in front, and the terrace to drink tea and watch the sunset is super healing. It is definitely the first choice for vacation, and I will come again next time!

CClarissa TangWe had a comfortable stay here, breakfast was provided and beds were comfortable. You walk out and you are facing the Lugu lake too! A beautiful site.
Only thing was that towels provided were disposable, and some room lights needed fixing.
Hosts are really friendly and reply WeChat timely.
There isn’t an elevator on the facilities and you might initially think you arrive at the wrong place when you arrive by car.
You would need to walk through a backyard of a local house before you reach the accoms.
They do ask for feedback about your stay which I really appreciate. And they have explained some concepts after my feedback. I think this is a nice accoms to consider for your stay. They do adjust their amenities according to past feedback too. Family room was kind of fun!
