"My adult daughter and I went to Tashkent for a few days. We got the room with two single beds. We were happy to discover it had a separate living area with a sofa and TV. The staff was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. They provided transportation back to the airport at 3:30 a.m. The breakfast was also very nice. It included Chinese, Uzbek and European choices. The only thing I would improve about it was the coffee. I would prefer not to have instant coffee. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the hotel."

"First off, the in-room Wi-Fi was terrible, almost unusable. We checked in on Chinese New Year's Eve, hoping to watch the Spring Festival Gala, but the CCTV4 signal was poor and then cut out completely. The breakfast offered a good variety, but it was a bit cold and not particularly tasty. However, the staff member there was quite enthusiastic. There's an ATM in the lobby for cash withdrawals, which accepts Visa, but UnionPay cards didn't work. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a metro station and the Uzbekistan Hotel. When we checked out, an older gentleman was charmingly playing the piano in the lobby bar, all smiles~"

"The reception staff are fluent in English and extremely helpful All the staff, from room service to breakfast, provide exceptional service. The internet is so great. The hotel is simple yet clean and well-maintained. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport (about 6 km away), but it's a bit far from the city center. There are several restaurants, mini markets, and shops nearby, including a pharmacy and a large clothing store. You'll also find an ice cream shop close to the hotel"

"I liked it very, very much — the cleanliness, the location, and the service were all excellent. It’s in a very good location. I also ordered breakfast to the room, and I didn’t expect it to be such a big breakfast. There was an incredible amount of food for just one person, and it was very delicious. The staff were friendly and very kind. I really liked it."

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 days in September. Everything was excellent. Excellent location - about 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the historical sights. The room was spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Pool. Delicious breakfast. I took advantage of the massage service - I really enjoyed it. The hotel staff left a particularly pleasant impression - hospitable, warm-hearted people. I would be happy to come back again."

"The hotel is very close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk in a straight line, making it ideal if you want to be close to the station. The hotel facilities are new and kept very clean. The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The bathroom has amenities such as a toothbrush, shaving cream, and a comb. Everything in the room is very modern. The mattress on the bed is a bit high; I didn't have a problem with it because I'm tall, but I think for a shorter person, the bed would be a bit high. There's a construction project next to the hotel, but fortunately, you can't hear any noise with the windows closed, so don't worry, it's not a problem. Breakfast is very good; it's a buffet with a wide variety of breads, fruits, nuts, sweets, cheeses, yogurts, chocolates, etc. You can also order scrambled eggs, fried eggs, or any type of eggs you like. The restaurant staff is very friendly and always attentive to everything."

"I just got back from Tashkent, and my stay at the Marmaris Rakat Hotel was an absolute lifesaver! My vacation ended, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to work right there: the situation in the Middle East canceled my direct flight, and I was left without my laptop (which is essential for me!). I explained the problem to the administrator, Anvar – and then, a miracle! He brought his personal laptop for me to use at the start of my workday! 😍 I worked as if I were at home, without a single hitch. Management, please give Anvar a bonus! This guy is the epitome of customer service; he personally knows how to make a guest happy! And the check-out? They allowed me to stay a couple of hours longer to finish my tasks before my flight and kindly provided a separate, vacant room for me to work in. Guys, you truly helped me out – this is dream-level service! 🙌 The 'buffet' breakfast was simply amazing! The variety was incredible: fresh fruits, vegetables, pancakes, fritters, porridges of all kinds, sandwiches, and even rolls! The breakfasts were so filling that you could easily skip lunch – everything was super delicious, unlimited, and incredibly fresh. The coffee machine made bean coffee of any strength – a real energy boost for the whole day! And for tea lovers – a surprise: not tea bags, but loose-leaf green and black tea with a teapot for leisurely chats about plans. ☕🍵 The hotel is a model of cleanliness and comfort: quiet, with a perfect hammam and a swimming pool in impeccable condition. The towels and linens were snow-white, with a delicate perfume scent. My entire stay felt like a resort fairy tale! They even gave me a souvenir to remember them by – now my son wears it and demands: 'Mom, let's go to Tashkent!' 📸✨ Thank you to all the staff for their responsible approach, and especially to Anvar for saving the day! Starting work after a vacation has never been so comfortable. If my son and I go, it will only be to the Marmaris Rakat Hotel! I wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️🏨"

"Super love about this hotel ! Perfectly located where several city attractions are all within walking distance ! Spend a little bit more for city view room, it was so totally worth it, you gotta enjoy the stunning lights right from your bed ! Except that the room is quite small ! Only improvement for the hotel to pay attention : Please scrub and clean the windows, its glasses are dusty, dirty."

"It's our second stay in this hotel. Efficient check-in and out, clean comfortable room with spacious shower cubicle, clean towels, good high speed internet. The breakfast buffet variety and options became less compared to our previous stay in Nov 2024. May be cost cutting ? Tried the set menu lunch - salad, soup, main and dessert with tea, wate for 99k + 12% tax/service charge. Good value and delicious."
