"This hotel location is excellent. Staff is very helful and thoughful in handling difficult situation. We left our Passport when disembarking the plane and hotel staff help to call the respective airlines and arrange a taxi for us to pick up our passports from the Airport. Very experience hotel front desk staff which touch both my wife and my heart. A big shout out to this hotel staff."

"The hotel is conveniently located, and the tourist attractions in the old city can basically be reached by foot. There are many restaurants in the square next to it, and they all have high Google ratings. We chose three different restaurants for dinner in two days, and they were all very good. Although the house is a bit old, the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is still in place."

"The room was ok, a bit old, but very comfortable. The service is particularly good. The restaurant environment, set menu, and service are all very good. Dislikes: 25€/day parking space! I was assigned a parking space in the smallest corner, and the parking space next to it also had a fire door and a fire extinguisher. Logically speaking, there is only one parking space here. I talked to the hotel several times and asked them to change my parking space, but they refused to change it. In the end, they gave me both parking spaces... At such a price, I wanted to park my car properly. If my car didn't park, Well, I don’t like it if you give me three parking spaces! Esto es para los gerentes del hotel: estuvimos 2 días and pagamos 50€ por una plaza de garaje, me asignaron unparking según a mi parecer estaba mal diseñado, que estando una puerta lateral (plaza 20)y con un extinct no It’s a great place to be! Me asignaron la 19, si aparco bien yo no podría bajar del coche de lo pequeño que es la plaza y pedí que me lo cambiara, pero no me lo permitieron y la solución fue darme las 2 plazas…a It’s a personal experience! It’s a great deal! It’s a great deal 25€/dia, a great place 2 nights ago 50€. It’s a great deal 3 plazas, 3 plazas! Para el caballero, que sería encargado de recepción la tarde del día 16 de agosto, un 0 por sus malas maneras y no hace falta hablar a la gente con desprecio, no fue en ningún momento capaz de hablarme en persona, sino por Medio de otra persona and estaba delante de mi…fue una muy mala experiencia y una gran pena! Porque el hotel nos gustó mucho!"

"The hotel service was quite good, and it's within walking distance to the main entrance of the Alhambra. There's also a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient. The only downside was that the bed wasn't clean enough – there were hairs – but given the very cheap price, I tolerated it. The breakfast buffet was 14 euros per person, which was okay."

"it’s a really nice place in Granada The reception is super nice,a girl named Claudia offered me a map when was checking in the first day! The place have a super good location,very near from many famous churches,walk around or travel for staying 3-5 days is totally enough! Floor C,where have a perfect view especially from noon to night,it’s really nice staying these 3 days,love here and love Granada"

"The hotel is nice and inviting good views to mountains and also nice facilities though I would say lacking certain features in rooms I didn't like we where given a wet room bathroom and slippers not suitable for taller person. The breakfast was very good and big selection I like that they have water facilities at entrance too Moto parking free across the street or high price in hotel parking. I think location is not great because on edge of city so at least 20minutes walk into the centre. Views to Alhambra too about 20min by bike upto attraction. So this why we stayed here"

"L'hôtel est top, super bien décoré et avec un emplacement en or au centre même de la ville est de tout ce qu'il y a à y voir. La chambre, bien que légèrement petite, est équipée de manière optimale autant en terme de rangements que de literie, de plus l'insonorisation est parfaite. Le personnel est hyper sympathique et accueillant. Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner est un peu léger et tarde parfois à être ravitaillé... Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour découvrir la belle ville de Grenade à 100%"

"Beatiful hotel rooms are next to Alhambra Palace Hotel that you can walk to the gate of wine for a few hundred meters Alhambra attractions. Excellent room view of the whole Granada city (You need book city view rooms). Espresso machine and electric kettle in room to make coffee or team. The best breakfast in our entire two week Europe trip!"
