"Beautiful resort, stylish and relaxing. I had a front pool room and was perfect apart they don’t have queen or king size bedrooms. I slept very bad, the 2 single beds (not even attached to each other) and pillows are very uncomfortable. Hope they’ll invest in comfort , I would definitely come back."

"Such a fantastic hotel and perfect location, the rooms are brilliant and with 5* service . It is a huge hotel so plenty of swimming pools to choose from and always clean. The food is delicious and the receptionists are wonderful ,ready to meet your needs 24/7"

"The hotel is located in a very central and convenient area. The hotel building is beautiful and comfortable, with a spacious reception area. The pool is very nice and has plenty of space around it for sunbathing. The rooms and the dining room furniture are very old and give a neglected feel. The breakfast is simple, varied, but the quality isn't the best. What did surprise me is that there isn't even a kettle in the room, and the hotel charges €15 for one—a basic requirement, even in guesthouses these days."

"The service and staff were great, the cleaning was very good, the location is not bad, but it is not close to the beach, but if I want to make a negative review with the outdated state of the building, we were very disappointed that an establishment of the Axel group was In this state, we chose the establishment because it belongs to the Axel chain which has very good taste and decoration. The Axel Maspalomas leaves a lot to be desired and the apartments, bathrooms and interior of the building are very old and not renovated, it only has a slight facelift. "Front office and services staffs can be more pleasant. Not sure if they understaff or tired . But they sometimes they not friendly. The guy who checked us in very nice but rest of stay, we don’t received friendly attitudes from the service nor front office staffs . The housekeeping lady so much helpful. The hotel are decent."

"The hotel has a modern and pleasant image. The beds are quite comfortable and the rooms are large. Disadvantages: The cleaning service first thing in the morning is quite noisy, not precisely because of the noise of the appliances, but because the cleaners shout to talk. I consider it a lack of respect, professionalism and consideration for the people who have paid for a break violated by that bad attitude. It happened to me on a Sunday at 8.00am. The breakfast, good fruit, but a lot of industrial and little native food abounds."

"The “Pool View Suite” had no view of the Pool. No way are they of 4 Star Standard either. Lots of Cracked tiles and very shoddy and aged.. Food was very good and plentiful.. The staff extremely friendly, but at €300 a night, we felt very cheated with everything about Room 812 that was deemed a “Pool View and Garden View Suite”!! Besides zero view of the Pool, it was of very aged decor and in urgent need of modernisation.. Not to  mention the Gardeners making noise with machinery from around 4am In the morning.. Would not return"

You can imagine how lively it will be during the peak season. And this street is so long that you can walk 40 ➕ minutes while walking, eating and drinking all the way. The roadside is a five-star hotel. You can see the swimming pool and restaurant of other hotels. You are ready to change to a hotel next time.
