"The facility and the room are very nice. The pool was freezing cold, the heated poll worked like that. The food & drinks need improvement. Sometimes less is more ;-) focusing more on quality would be recommended! We had a dispute about the booking and had to pay extra. However, we did nothing wrong and had to show our confirmation again and again. We found this very unpleasant. There were also difficulties returning the towels. We'll be surprised as to whether our €50 security fee will be charged to the credit card or not. Overall the stay was ok, but we wouldn't come back or recommend it to others."

"A descent place but i will not agree that its value for money not for the property but asking for money for every small thing is too much of capitalism. If u can not even give a coffee or tea for free it is too much to ask for at this price point. Also is getting old and it shows on the property. It seems one day hotel like these will also start charging for the amount of air u breathe in there property. Not good hospitality and mentality. Stupid capitalist thinking"

"Beautiful resort, stylish and relaxing. I had a front pool room and was perfect apart they don’t have queen or king size bedrooms. I slept very bad, the 2 single beds (not even attached to each other) and pillows are very uncomfortable. Hope they’ll invest in comfort , I would definitely come back."

"The hygiene was absolutely appaling, I understand that this is a *** hotel primarly for *** men to find each other and to chill and get together, but there was ***** stains on all of the sunloungers outside, the sauna and steam room had ***** all over the walls and smelled so dirty and clearly had not been cleaned at all. The sofa in our room and some of the walls had ***** stains, it just felt super gross. They charge you apparently for washing up liquid and I was given two single beds instead of a double which is what I ordered and they didn't seem to care, I had to chase to get an iron and ironing board even though I told them prior. Asides from that the location is great and the towels they give are fresh and are clean which is a plus I guess. Spoke to company for resolution and got offered a VIP package instead of any money back which isn't good as I likely won't stay there again."

Many items didn't look fresh, and the hot dishes were cold in the warming plates, so it seems the warming plates weren't working properly. "Everything was great. The room was cleaned every day. We accidentally broke a shelf in the closet, but they quickly fixed it without any problems. The balcony had a beautiful view. It's located a 15-minute walk from the ocean, with tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The renovations are a bit dated overall, but that's a minor detail. The food was good. Overall, we were very satisfied."

"Our couple stayed at a RIU hotel chain property for the first time. This is an amazing hotel. At check-in we were treated to champagne and given a room even before the official check-in time. We really liked the comfortable balcony, the spacious room, and the huge shower area. The restaurant served incredibly tasty food, we especially enjoyed the choice of jamón. The polite service from the waiters, the incredibly delicious food — we had a wonderful time, relaxed, and want to come back here again and again."
