"Very bad very bad. This hotel obviously gave us cash, but when we checked out, we were told that we didn't pay. Asking to pay again felt like it was stressing the hotel and wasting us 40 minutes! ! ! horrible! ! !"

"This hotel was ok for a budget hotel, not a 4 star hotel in my eyes, I have stayed at a lot better 3 star hotels previously. The hotel is quite run down in the blocks where the rooms are. The rooms are also quite run down and noisy, the doors are really thin so can hear everything. The reception, restaurant and pool area are clean and nice. Breakfast wasn’t very nice but lunch and dinner were ok."

"It’s good but tonight it was a new level. The entertainment I couldn’t work out what language he was trying to sing in. It wasn’t German, English or anything else close to to Spanish. It’s only 9pm I hope to god this doesn’t go on for another 2 hours ! And may the cat survive being strangled."

"This was my first visit to Seven having visited the island many times before. First impressions were excellent. All staff were polite and courteous. The room was clean and modern. The grounds are beautiful and spread out - never a problem to get a sun-bed. The gym is small but perfect for a holiday fitness plan. Breakfast is included and has everything you’d expect. Small touches like staff remembering your coffee preference adds to the experience. I wasn’t half-board but I did eat at the hotel most evenings. I can highly recommended the ‘poke bowls’; I enjoyed the chicken and tuna ones. Exquisitely presented, filling and healthy if you don’t want the usual bloated feeling after a holiday dinner. All that whilst looking out to the mountains in the distance. If you want the lively Yumbo then staff will call a taxi for you for €6. Or you can walk if feeling energetic, about 25mins. I can’t recommend this hotel enough if you appreciate a more classy stay in Gran Canaria - I’ve already rebooked for later in the year."

"Apartments Fayna are located on the Avenue of United States, number 32 is wonderful I would like to thank you for welcoming me in such a special way. It was certainly one of the best stays I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I prefer to give complete feedback privately and then make a public review with only the positive points because I also work in the hospitality industry (security) and understand how it works. Firstly, I would like to thank you for the way I was welcomed because you were always incredible. Your strengths are your friendliness, attention, dedication, and the speed with which you resolve all situations that customers need. Your team is very motivated to ensure customer satisfaction. I felt very comfortable during my stay and greatly appreciated the gesture of the receptionist who checked me in, leaving the reception area to explain both access doors to the hotel. It is employees like this who make the difference between good service and excellent service. The apartment was on the top floor (5th floor), it was always clean and spacious. The balcony was huge and private. The sofa in the living room could be opened up to watch TV more comfortably. The kitchenette is very well equipped and has plenty of storage space. The bathroom is large with a shower, making it easily accessible for people with reduced or limites mobility. Which is great because you encounter no difficulties. The apartment was cleaned during our stay, with towels and bed linen changed. In addition, there are cleaning supplies in the apartment, in case guests need anything at any time. Furthermore, general cleaning was carried out twice during our stay, with towels and bed linen replaced. In addition, there are cleaning products in the apartment in case guests need anything at any time. I felt at home because they take security and access to the hotel seriously and restrict it. Throughout our stay, I felt safe and welcome. During check-out, we were able to leave our bags at the reception while we waited for the airport transfer to arrive. Both gentlemen at the reception were friendly and attentive. Fantastic team. Thank you very much for your attention and kindness, I loved the experience.
