"The hotel is right next to the railway, about 8 minutes walk. Our room faces the railway and the noise is a bit loud. Even with the double-layer French windows closed, there is still noise. People with poor sleep should not choose this hotel. We stayed for one night for convenience and didn't care. Not all rooms have small balconies, but we are still very lucky. There is a Carrefour supermarket behind the hotel, which is about 20 minutes walk from Little Venice. If the weather is good, you can walk there."

"Lovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother with that again as there are lots of lovely patisseries close by (including one next door to the hotel). Great location and you can park for free on the surrounding streets between 7pm & 9am."

"I would give this hotel 1000/5.0!!! The best place I’ve stayed on this trip. The location is just right in front of the train station. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the room photos 😭😭 The room was big, clean, and beautifully decorated. I loved that the restroom and bathroom were separated and there was even a bathtub! The staff were really nice as well. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Colmar ✨🩵 My favourite hotel of the year!"

"The room was small, smaller than expected, but the shower had plenty of hot water. There were no supermarkets nearby, and the location was quite remote, so you had to drive out to buy things. There was no refrigerator, but it wasn't a problem for a one-night stay. It's very close to Colmar, just a 10-minute drive away."

"Everything was perfect except for the slightly simple breakfast. The location is excellent, right opposite the big park and on the main road. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the train station and just a minute to the city theater. From there, you can follow a 'treasure map' to start your classic old town tour, hitting attractions from number one in order. The room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were separate. The air conditioning temperature was just right. The lobby on the first floor had a great ambiance. All in all, it offers excellent value for money."

During my check-in, when I politely ask for any power adaptor that I can loan, the receptionist was not very willing to look for anything. She told me to come back later and request. A bad first impression on the courtesy from the hotel staff."

DDebraWe loved this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were warmly greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Our room was lovely and we appreciated the complimentary water and the little treats left during turn down service. The hotel is a short walk from the pretty town centre and we loved the spa. Breakfast was great - plenty of choice and very high quality food, all served with a smile. We’ll definitely be back, thank you.

GGuest UserThe location is one kilometer away from the city center and can be reached on foot. Parking at the door is convenient and free. The room was clean and cozy, and slippers were provided which was very unexpected. The front desk staff was courteous and very friendly. The breakfast is rich and the staff will ask you what you want to drink and then make it for you. You can also help yourself. The juice pressing machine is quite interesting.

Right at the entrance of Little Venice, a very beautiful hotel, decorated in a very French style, romantic and warm, with a very good location. You can see the beautiful scenery of the small bridges and flowing water in Little Venice from the window. During the day, there are many tourists on the bridges, and in the early morning and evening, it is quiet like another world. In the morning, stand by the window with a cup of coffee and enjoy the humid and fresh air of Colmar. In the evening, when the crowds retreat, a glass of Alsace Riesling can sweep away the fatigue of the day! At noon, it is even easier. Downstairs are the two most beautiful restaurants in Colmar. Eating a delicious big elbow with a glass of Burgundy wine in the sun or in the rain can make people feel lazy and soft.• Next to the small square outside is the ”Chinese restaurant” where **, Shu Qi, and Su Youpeng filmed, but now it has been changed to another French restaurant.

The English at the front desk is very good and the service is very thoughtful. The only downside is that the hotel is very new. Their own restaurant and cafe have not yet opened, but there is a very good cafe on the corner 20 meters away from the hotel, so it does not affect the quality of the accommodation. The hotel does not have its own parking space in the center of the city. There are parking spaces around and in the nearby main street, and the price is very cheap. We just happened to be in time for the olive picking season. The hotel also arranged for us to visit their boss's own olive garden and personally pick the experience. They arranged their own olive oil taste picnic in the olive garden. After that, they also participated in the production of their own olive oil extraction workshop. Make the whole process. It was very relieved. The shower and toilet are separate and very convenient for us. The location of the hotel is still a distance from the old town of Colmar. It is very convenient to drive here.
