"The room was small, smaller than expected, but the shower had plenty of hot water. There were no supermarkets nearby, and the location was quite remote, so you had to drive out to buy things. There was no refrigerator, but it wasn't a problem for a one-night stay. It's very close to Colmar, just a 10-minute drive away."

It's about a 12-minute walk to Colmar's 'Little Venice'. The hotel lobby takes up very little space, and public areas are limited, but there is a free indoor swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, with a kitchenette and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed had already been made up for us upon arrival. I booked two identical balcony rooms, but they were on different floors. Mine was a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony on the ground floor. This 'balcony' was merely an open space facing the parking lot with no privacy whatsoever. Compared to the other room upstairs, which had a spacious balcony, the value for money was significantly better for that one. The shower in the ground-floor room had no glass partition, only a shower curtain. The curtain easily sticks to you while showering, and if it's not kept entirely within the small tub, the whole bathroom floods. The kitchenette is quite useful; although the induction hob isn't suitable for stir-frying, it's perfectly fine for simple cooking. Pros: Close to the Old Town and quiet, with a kitchenette. Cons: Difficult-to-find parking. The hotel's main entrance is at a street intersection, surrounded by many complex, narrow roads, some of which are restricted. We drove around the hotel three times without finding the parking lot. In the end, a friend had to get the parking code from the front desk and guide us in. The parking is located behind the hotel, but the address on the website is only for the main entrance. Driving to the main entrance doesn't allow for parking, as the parking lot is in a completely different location. If the hotel had provided the exact parking address, we wouldn't have driven in circles. Parking is also quite expensive at 13 euros per day. I booked a balcony room, but the ground-floor one was a 'fake' balcony, offering poor value for the same price. It would be much better if they used flowers or other decorations to screen off the balcony from the parking lot, creating a sense of separation. The shower in the ground-floor room did not match the online photos; there was no glass shower enclosure, unlike the room on the second floor. This makes the ground-floor room seem very poor value."

"The location is great, very central and the paid parking garage is very close by. Even though we had booked with parking, parking apparently was full. The hotel as such is pleasant but outdated and needs a refurbishing. The door between hotel room and aisle is not insulating at all so you can hear any conversation outside. Beds are not great but ok. What we did like was the ability to drop off our luggage at the storage room."

"They have their own parking lot, and you can park close to your room. Just note that the parking is inside the gate near check-in, and it's a one-way street, so don't drive past it or you'll have to go all the way around. It's quite convenient for visiting Colmar."

"Lovely room on the third floor, which we think had just been refurbished. It looks as though there is a refurbishment programme ongoing as you could see new mattresses and furniture on each floor when using the stairs, so the top floor had already been completed. The only issue we had was with the air-con as the room was a little warm. Breakfast also wasn't especially palatable, so wouldn't bother with that again as there are lots of lovely patisseries close by (including one next door to the hotel). Great location and you can park for free on the surrounding streets between 7pm & 9am."

"The hotel is very unique and the location is very convenient. There is everything when you go out, but parking is so hard! There is no parking lot. It is too difficult to find a parking lot nearby. The room is super small and the bed is so small that you can't turn over. The view outside the window is pretty good."

"1. The room is not large enough for one person to live in. It is clean and tidy. 2. There is a free parking lot close to the expressway and other roads. 3. 8💶 breakfast is enough for one person. 4. The old town is less than 20 minutes away by car. But it’s affordable to live here. 5. It is suitable for overnight transfer to Switzerland. Basically, it takes more than 3 hours one way to go to a Swiss town like Longjiang. 6. You can buy a 50% off Swiss highway toll sticker vignette with cash (cards cannot be swiped) at the front desk. This is very practical. It is difficult to avoid the motorway when going to Switzerland. 7. Toiletries and slippers are not provided, and the towels are slightly old (but this is not a problem because most overseas hotels do not provide them) shortcoming; 1. Don’t go there if you don’t have a car or drive yourself, it’s difficult to get public transportation. The hotel is located in a factory area surrounded by car vendors and various other facilities. There is no supermarket and the nearest walking restaurant only offers buffet. So it’s best to buy the essentials and go back after dinner."

"This is a very good house. It is an old house. It used to be the local mayor. There are 105 people on it! 🥰 It is now one of the must-see attractions in Colmar! Everyone must pass by to watch the show! And it is a Michelin-starred restaurant! There are years of history and culture, and the service is very good. On the day of the check-in, we received the door to the front desk, explained the project, and sent the cake! The video was taken in the morning to open the window! Feel the experience of fried chicken sticks! The location is not far from the entrance to the Old Town of Colmar!"
