"Abbiamo soggiornato dal 13 al 16 agosto con il mio ragazzo. La posizione è perfetta, a 4 passi dal mare e da tutte le comodità (motivo principale per cui vi abbiamo alloggiato). La struttura è un po’ datata, andrebbe un po’ modernizzata, fatti alcuni lavori di manutenzione (dato che è un 4 stelle) ma tutto sommato la camera non bella, comoda e molto fresca. La colazione normale, c’era molta scelta alla fine ma unica nota dolente i cornetti che erano piccoli, mai caldi e duri. Per quanto riguarda le pulizie, le stanze erano molto pulite ma, purtroppo, devo dire che venivano fatte a orari “strani”. Ieri eravamo in camera a riposarci (erano le 14 circa) e ci hanno bussato perché dovevano pulire e così siamo stati costretti a metterci sul terrazzo fuori (abbiamo solo chiesto se potessero passare verso le 15 perché il mio ragazzo dormiva e, ovviamente, hanno detto che non c’era problema). Il parcheggio è convenzionato, proprio accanto alla struttura con un costo di 15€ al giorno e qui devo fare una critica (anche se, ovviamente, l’albergo non ha colpe). Il mio ragazzo doveva lavorare oggi e ieri avevamo precisato al parcheggiatore di mettere la macchina in modo da permetterci di lasciare la struttura stamattina alle 7. Siamo scesi ma c’era davanti parcheggiata una bmw, siamo tornati in hotel a chiedere di spostarla (è un parcheggio pubblico e, a quanto ho capito, le chiavi di chi alloggia nelle strutture adiacenti, vengono tutte lasciate al miramare.) In hotel c’era solo il guardiano, non c’era un parcheggiatore, non c’era un proprietario, niente. Il mio ragazzo ha provato a spostarla ma non si accendeva, aveva anche la batteria scarica. Non sapevano nemmeno a chi chiamare, non si sapeva chi fosse il proprietario dell’auto. Morale della favola abbiamo preso la sita alle 8 lasciando la macchina a Maiori e ci hanno detto che per le 9 doveva andare l’elettrauto (e noi per le 8:30 dovevamo stare a casa). Non penso che sia una situazione normale anche perché stasera dobbiamo tornare a prendere la macchina. Ovviamente ripeto, non era colpa dell’ albergo."

The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!"

"Everything was great but facilities. Old sanitary items , average bed and pillows . Food in the top restaurant is average . The 5 th floor restaurant has too high nose with imposed services to order at least 3 dishes for everyone  , so we could not spend time there with the kid who does not fond of high end cuisine. They ask a deposit even i had prepaid all the days. Car parking is chargeable.  So even the staff is very nice and helpful, the general management is too old fashioned."

"아말피에서 약 15분 정도 더 내려간 곳인데 아주 좋았어요. 호탤은 넓고 아주 잘 관리가 되어 있었고 깨끗했어요. (건물 자체는 낡았지만) 루프탑에서의 뷰는 아주 최고였구요, 관리하시는 분도 친절했어요. 주차비와 관광세 총 21유로 현금으로 냈구요, 조식은 없었습니다. 엘베 있고, 주차장 가깝고, 체크아웃 후 한 시간 더 주차할 수 있었어요. 호텔 앞 쪽 해변이 수영하기에 너무 좋았어요."
