It was a very good hotel. The price was just right, not too expensive, not too cheap, and with the discount from Trip.com, I was able to stay at a reasonable price. The breakfast service was good, and I was able to order noodles and wontons. There is a shopping mall nearby, Nanyang Plaza, where you can shop. There is a Walmart inside, so you can get everything you need. You can eat at the nearby shops, and there is a convenience store where you can buy drinks. The room was clean and I was happy. However, there were some bugs on the last day, but it was when I checked out, so it was no problem. It's strange that the toilet can be operated with a button on the foot. There is no problem with the hot water or strength of the shower. There is a rain shower and a regular hose shower, but I always used the rain shower.

As other online reviews mentioned, don't expect much from the service here.
1. Usually, hotels have a butler escort you to your room and explain things, or at least wait at the door. On our check-in day, we arrived at our room to find the door open. A staff member in plain clothes suddenly emerged from the room, startling us. But that's a minor detail.
2. The public hot spring (gongtang) operating hours are 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. However, when we went at 9:30 PM, after showering, ready to soak, we were told the 'golden' spring (jintang) was already being cleaned and we couldn't use it. Why couldn't anyone warn us when we entered or while we were showering? They started cleaning a full hour before closing, and there were 3-4 other guests in the women's bath at the time; everyone just looked at each other in disbelief.
3. On Tuesday, before checking out, I wanted to have one last soak, so I woke up early. But when I entered the women's changing room, all the lights were off (the locker access card still worked, so the access control wasn't off, and there were no 'closed' signs at the entrance). I had to call the front desk myself to find out it was closed on Tuesdays. No one mentioned this to us during check-in or at any other time, and it wasn't in the check-in guide. So, we woke up early for nothing. The front desk said it was mentioned on Ctrip (it was, but in tiny font about seven or eight pages down).
There were also no compensation measures. When we checked out, there were even other guests who had driven over specifically for the hot springs, only to be told it was closed that day. They also made a wasted trip, so the unclear signage is definitely not an isolated incident.
Other than that, the value for money is quite good, and the private hot spring (sitang) fees are reasonable, though the private springs only offer the 'silver' spring (yintang).

Facilities: Excellent
Cleanliness: Spotless
Environment: Elegant, right in the city center.
Service: Attentive service. We booked a room without breakfast, and they even gave us a discount on breakfast!
Late-night congee service: This is such a thoughtful and personalized touch. I've experienced such great service that I've stayed at Atour twice recently.

Although the room is small, it is very comfortable. It is not easy to climb the second floor, but the children like it very much. Then the design of the figurehead was interesting, without cutting a tree, though I didn't see the designer's nameplate, but it looked the same designer as the restaurant. Unfortunately, the smell in the room is too heavy, it may be the reason for using multi-layer solid wood boards. At the time of design, it may be for pure scenery to expand the viewing frame, so there is a small window for ventilation, in fact, the window above the bar can also be designed for ventilation. Yes, this way the circulation wind can reduce the taste. Outdoor activities are very good, but the most suitable season is summer, because in summer, you can dig bamboo shoots, watch lotus flowers, you can catch crabs, and you can play paddle boards. It’s not bad to come to Qingming Festival, there are no mosquitoes, and you can enjoy the cherry blossoms. But the paddle board can't play, because it will catch a cold when it falls into the water. However, the zip line crossing the river is very exciting and fun, and it is rare in other places. The boss is very enthusiastic and helps the children peel melon seeds and peanuts. According to employees, the boss bought some deer to free up in the forest farm, and my daughter said she saw the deer with horns at night, but she was in the age of nonsense, so I am not sure if it is.

MaodaiwangThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations! It's very close to the ski resort, and there's a Manner store nearby. The facilities are super new, and the decor is modern and minimalist, making for a very comfortable stay. The room space is exceptionally generous, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with thoughtful details. Plus, parking is free, which is incredibly convenient for those driving. I especially want to commend the front desk staff; their service attitude was superb, very responsive, and enthusiastic. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!

The room on May Day was very tight, but I missed it early on May Day and booked two rooms, one on the outside and one on the courtyard.
Parking spaces include underground parking lots (right next to the hotel, near Starbucks) and surface parking lots (on Xinbei East Road, there is a small alley opposite the ”Yu Guoyuan” snack shop. The parking spaces are quite spacious)
The hotel is connected to the Leyin Garden next door during the day.
The hotel is very clean inside, the front desk is friendly, the room is large, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are suitable for us to sleep on.
The hotel is very close to Shaxi Ancient Town. There are snacks, pastries, Taicang specialty meat floss, clothes sellers, and Yiwu small commodities. It is very lively. For breakfast, you can go to Auntie Zhang’s dim sum shop. The fried pancakes are quite delicious.

Although the hotel exterior is rather old, the rooms are relatively new, clean, and comfortable. The front desk service is attentive. The room we were initially assigned may have been used by a previous guest for hot pot or something similar, as it had a strong odor. The front desk staff immediately changed our room and proactively provided instructions on how to use the smart devices in the room. The hotel's location is good; it's 400 meters from RT-Mart and 900 meters from Nanyang Square, and public transportation is very convenient. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Initially, after booking, I was a bit concerned seeing the mixed reviews on Ctrip, but after checking in, I actually found it to be pretty good.
First of all, the day before arrival, customer service reached out to ask for our license plate number. They also added us on WeChat to send over the address, important instructions, and the necessary pass for Seventy-Two Villages. We arrived in the afternoon, and our room was still being prepared. While we waited, they kindly offered us complimentary soft drinks.
We stayed in a LOFT room, which was perfect for our group of three adults and one child, with the addition of a tatami mat. The room offered a pleasant view of the fields.
The room key was an old-fashioned type; you had to manually lock the door after closing it, otherwise, it could be opened from the outside. You also needed to lock it from the outside when leaving the room. This system felt a bit dated and could definitely be improved.
On the LOFT level, the common area in the lobby featured an automatic mahjong table, which is great for larger groups.
The central air conditioning in the room was quite loud, which I found difficult to get used to, and I barely slept the first night. By the second day, I had adjusted to the noise, but the AC was too cold. Even after adjusting the temperature upwards and changing the fan speed, it didn't make much of a difference.
Upon check-out, they also gave us complimentary bottled water and a frog toy for the child, which was a very thoughtful gesture.
The butler/concierge service is available until 9 PM, so if you need anything, it's best to contact customer service via WeChat earlier in the day.

Anonymous UserThe hotel room is good, it is in the golf course, the room has a 2-meter bed, the room is also very large, there is a balcony, you can see the golf course on the balcony, the view is very wide, you can also drink tea and chat on the balcony. Hotel service is good, but the front desk service is not 24 hours, this is a bit not understood, their service time is 7:00 ~ 17:30.

ALLZEROSThe lobby is quite high-end, but the building structure does not seem to be designed for a hotel. The route from the elevator to the room is a bit roundabout. The style of the room is more traditional government hotel. The bedding is quite comfortable and it is very quiet at night. What is more surprising is that the toilet paper is placed directly in the washbasin grid. The hotel is far from the restaurant, which takes less than ten minutes to walk. The breakfast variety is less than the price of 58 yuan, and the quality is average. The overall cost performance is average.
