"This hotel is a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station, with four or five convenience stores nearby. It's also very close to the Sendai Morning Market, and there's a free observation deck on the 30th floor of the building next door. Right outside the hotel, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, including ramen shops, Chinese restaurants, and Japanese diners.
The lobby has a style reminiscent of the early 20th century, and the rooms are very well-maintained and feel new. The bathtub is large, and a particularly great feature is how fresh the air in the room feels; you won't feel stuffy even after spending a long time there. The windows on the 8th floor can also be opened. The only minor drawback is that the room lighting is a bit too bright and not very soft. Both the mattress and pillows are very comfortable, and the front desk staff are highly professional. The beverage vending machine prices are also cheaper than what you'd typically find at other hotels."

"I heard this was the best hotel in Sendai when I booked it, and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The rooms are spacious, the views are great, the service is excellent, and the restaurant offers both delicious food and stunning scenery!

"It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new.
Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and return it to us. Very grateful to the receptionist and staff(namely加藤) found the lost socks."

"I heard that many years ago, Sakkan had visited Ginsui-so, so I came here because of its reputation. Seeing is believing. The decoration of the lobby is really elegant and Japanese. There is a welcome drink of coffee or tea from 16:00 to 18:00, but I think it is too monotonous. It should be added with a piece of biscuit or fruit. The layout of the room is also very good. It is very comfortable for 4 people to live in. The pillows and quilts all have the smell of the sun, which I like. Dinner is a mini buffet with staple food, but it is not too small. There are many and exquisite dishes. Not to mention the hot springs, one of which is right by the river, which is a rare experience. I think my personal impression of Sakkan is very good."

The cleaning was excellent, but the bathroom had a bit of a smell.
I think it would be a good idea to wash the floors regularly with detergent.
The breakfast was delicious and nice.
The coffee was also very good.

It has an attractive free parking lot without limitation of vehicle height! Located in peaceful area, close to downtown and station.
"We stayed with 3 friends. It was best that the room was large and even 3 people could spend without feeling cramped.
It was also helpful that there was a free parking lot, and I was grateful that there was no additional charge even if the check-out extension was extended.
The location is a bit far away, but considering the price, it was a hotel that was satisfactory enough and convenient. I still want to use it."

SSKLoveTravelThis is a very large onsen ryokan. There's a free shuttle bus from Sendai Station directly to the hotel, but you need to book it in advance. The buffet dinner features king crab legs and made-to-order sushi, and the breakfast is also very good. If you don't use the shuttle, it's just a three-minute walk to the bus stop for a ride back to Sendai.

美美國隊長大戰神奇女俠The hotel staff are friendly, polite and helpful.
The dinner dishes are exquisitely presented, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of food.
The bedroom facilities are complete and tidy, and the wet and dry toilets are separated.
The hot springs are comfortable, but you need to walk up more than 40 stairs to get to the outdoor open-air bath.
The only drawback was that the toilet could not be flushed. After calling the staff, they immediately provided assistance but could not repair it immediately. In the end, I had to use the toilet in another room.

GGuest UserI've stayed here about 5 or 6 times now, and every visit, the cleanliness is impeccable and the service is excellent. The staff's polite language and their commitment to ensuring guests never feel uncomfortable truly put me at ease.
This time, for the first time, I opted for a room-only stay as I wanted to enjoy a relaxing hot spring trip without any interference. (Previously, my best friend and I always chose plans with breakfast and dinner.)
This kind of stay is also very reasonable, and given the reliable service, I'll continue to choose Rantei for all my future visits to Akiu Onsen, rather than trying other inns.
Having just turned 60, I'm not sure how many more times I'll be able to visit...

WWinwinwin…Hotel environment is ok, but the hot springs generally have only one small hot spring. The hot springs that paid 1,000 yen are also very general. There is no bath in it. You have to go to the big bath to shower and then fall. The service is general. The hotel room does not have a shower room. It is very inconvenient to go to the big bath. Because the shower of the big bath is also very fine.
