"因為備考吉首大學，在這住了幾天，下單之前還有點擔心看酒店點評有雞叫和狗叫，提前和前台溝通了住店的緣由，前台小姐姐很暖心的給我換了樓層較高朝居民樓房間，酒店有辦公桌很適合辦公和學習，晚上覆習覺得燈光有點暗淡，和前台溝通之後，酒店主動提出給我贈送了一盞枱燈，房間Wi-Fi網速超快，視頻課不卡。續住阿姨打掃都會幫忙倒垃圾、換床單，有時還會多留兩瓶礦泉水。步行到吉首大學6分鐘，附近吃飯小吃也很方便，酒店也提供免費早餐，大堂也有一個小超市很方便，前台小姐姐也主動幫忙免費打印了准考證非常的暖心很不錯，退房時前台小姐姐還祝我考試順利，心裏暖暖的，值得推薦！"
