"The rooms and the bathrooms were clean, the room had a good temperature, was quiet and has a nice balcony. The usb plug was not working on the bed, but the person at the reception was helpful and charged my phone. The space is really beautiful. The kitchen is at the last floor and it has no windows, so it feels hot and smells a bit like food. Thank you"

Hotel near Centro Historico,Mexico City
Hotel ibis México Alameda is alongside Mexico City's main avenue, Av Juárez, and is 10 minutes from the Palacio de Bellas Artes, 10 minutes from the Zocalo, and minutes away from the Av. Reforma and Polanco, 11.3 km from Mexico City Airport. 144 modern, soundproof rooms, air conditioning, a restaurant, bar with 24-hour snack service, free WiFi, private parking and access for people with disabilities.

"Great hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money."

"Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)"

Hotels designed for those looking for an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication, with great details. All with an excellent service based on personalized and warm attention, and unparalleled hospitality. The hotels, located in the most spectacular destinations in Mexico, offer the ideal environment to live a memorable experience.

"We are a family of three and chose a 60-square-meter suite. The hotel added a bed for us for free. We didn't buy breakfast, but we got a free breakfast on the 22nd floor. The breakfast is rich in variety and very nutritious. If you buy breakfast, you can eat on the 3rd floor. This hotel is very quiet and safe. It is very close to any tourist attractions and convenient for taxis. There is a pharmacy, hamburger shop and supermarket opposite the hotel, where you can buy any product you want. There is a Starbucks and night market stalls downstairs. During the Christmas period, the price of this hotel is very friendly compared to other hotels, We will continue to come back and highly recommend!"

The centro historico is a great location where the hotel us located. See you again. Thanks Zocalo, you are amazingly one of a kind place to stay away from home."

"The room is big and the bed is big and very comfortable to sleep in. There are shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. The facilities are simple. The wash basin in the bathroom does not drain smoothly, but the shower water is good. The front desk was very mysterious when I checked in. I arrived very late because of the flight delay. I couldn't see the front desk staff after entering the door, but I heard voices, like a mirror reflection. I looked inside, but I couldn't see the staff without standing on tiptoe. I only saw myself. I don't know why it is designed like this. Passports and signature forms are passed through a very small gap."

"It's a hotel with an excellent location and beautiful architecture, however, they need to improve some aspects. The rooms need to replace the carpets, replace the bathroom fixtures, and improve the towels. "I booked at the Exe Alameda Hotel for 3 nights starting on Friday, December 26. I was charged an additional $155 USD solely because the reservation stated two single beds, and I was traveling with my wife and my daughter. My daughter is 7 years old. I was charged extra for adding a third bed, which I consider was unnecessary because we could comfortably fit in the two beds, and I was also charged for a third person. They told me I had to pay because we were three people. Since I was very tired from the trip and did not want to move to a new hotel, I was forced to pay that amount. If you are going to use the Trip platform, I recommend carefully reviewing the conditions and/or services that each hotel offers."

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants of different flavors, and the streets are beautiful, which is very suitable for eating and shopping. The room is large, the hygiene is good, and the doorman is very nice (I forgot to tip...). The only uncertainty is that there is no air conditioning. I checked in in March, and it might still be a little cold at night, but I don't know if it will be a problem in summer.

HHussain Ismail from LondonReally nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio. The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis! The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul! Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.

Ffang001206A colleague of mine was on a business trip to Mexico. His flight was arriving after 11 PM, and he had a connecting domestic flight to Monterrey the next day. With both his arrival and departure from Terminal 1, the Courtyard by Marriott was the perfect choice. I had stayed at this hotel last year and had a very positive experience, so I didn't hesitate to book it for him again.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our 3 nights stay at PF hotel & suites. The young guy doing night shift at check in counter gave the best service! We checked in at 3 a.m on 20 November. , he saw our taxi and promptly came to open the entrance door for us. We saw him on different evenings and he was always smiling. The hotel housekeeping did a splendid job! The room was very clean. The furnishings and furniture might be a bit dated, but at such a convenient location, this hotel is highly recommended at this affordable rate. There are great Korean gimbab & fried chicken little shop right next to the hotel if you crave Asian food. A short walk away, there are several local Mexican restsurants, cafes and street food stalls.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.

GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

GGabrielaMedranoI stayed 8 nights here. The price was super high for such single room. No kettle, no security box, no water every day (you need to go to 1st floor to refill a bottle). There is no closet only a place with 4 hangers. The breakfast was included but sometimes there were many people making a line and you need to wait a lot. I have stayed at Ibis in all Europe and this hotel still needs to improve a bit otherwise should charge less money. What I paid was quite a lot for a single room. Please check your prices. Rooms in Europe are bigger and even cheaper. I am Mexican and I have stayed in many hotels. Please charge less. I would still stay here if prices decrease.

GGuest UserIt is located along the main Reforma avenue. I think the location is relatively safe. The exterior of the building has a slightly eccentric Day of the Dead illustration on the wall. The interior of the lobby has a stylish feel. Contrary to the eccentric illustration, all the staff were very polite and helpful. The room is old, but it is clean. No refrigerator or toothbrush. I didn't really understand how to use the security box. Considering the safety of the location, I think this is a good value hotel.
