"We stayed at the Presidentail many years ago when it was the Marriott. Little has changed. The location is perfect on the bus routes directly to the airport and Old Town and opposite the Central Railway station to all the major Polish cities and even to neighbouring countries.
The room on the 38th floor had the best view over the Cultural Palace Złoty Terasy Mall and the surrounding district including a view of the Old Town and Castle all the way to the coutryside.
The room itself could do with a refresh and some of the fixtures could do with some maintenance. The bathroom was small but functional with some amenities.
Breakfast was plentiful varied and decent quality. The freshly squeezed juices especially good."

"Overall had a really pleasant stay here! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the staff were nice. Old Town Warsaw is also not too far away, and it’s such a lovely place to visit. Highly recommend eating Polish dumplings!
My friend who is a lifelong Warsaw resident thought this stay was a bit overpriced, but it’s still far more reasonable than hotels in many other European cities. My only hiccup with this booking was the shuttle service: it was confusing to coordinate. Most complimentary airport shuttle services have shuttles going back and forth every hour or every 30 minutes, so I didn’t realize this hotel only has one shuttle and one driver, meaning you have to individually schedule your pickup in advance. It’s hard to predict what time you’ll be ready to go, as even if your flight lands on time, you still have to de-board the plane, go through customs/immigration, wait for your baggage at the carousel and find your way to the exit. My bags took a while to come, and then I got a little lost, and the driver almost left without me. It was quite stressful, so I’d recommend giving yourself plenty of time to get from your plane to the shuttle."

"Hotel Polonia Palace is a historical Warsaw hotel, dating back to 1913. Therefore, it is quite a beautiful structure. The location is in the very center of Warsaw, at the intersection of the two main streets. Also very close to the main train station and a subway station. The downside of the location is that it’s a very ugly area. Across the street is the Palace of Culture, is a Stalinist monstrosity which should be really torn down as soon as possible, paving way for the reconstruction of the pre-WWII center of Warsaw. The services offered by the hotel are generally very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The only downside is internet, which works in a less than ideal manner. Also very good value for money."

"Hotel is just across the airport, perfect location. The room was not fully prepared for the guests of two while the reservation was done in advance .When arriving at night and needing to wait an hour to get towels, isn’t best experience. PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

Ggelatalon the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off.
next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me.
this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up.
eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training.
the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities.

由於太疲倦了，所以只是感覺房間怪怪的，但並沒察覺有什麼問題。直到第二天晚上，洗完澡之後，整個廁所也是濕的，我差一點就要滑倒。
再看看之前預訂時的收據，發現房間的廁所根本不應該是這個樣子，繼而我到酒店大堂理論，他們才告訴我，因為第一天晚上時候，訂單太滿了，所以才為我安排這樣的房間。
可是你要知道，這樣的設計，正常人洗澡，是真的很容易滑倒。他們不但沒有誠意的道歉，只是詢問我想要怎樣。
說實話，這難道不是酒店的問題嗎？第一天並沒坦白這不是我原本所訂的房間、繼而我發現後，亦沒作出任何相應的措施、道歉。
最後在我要求下，他們給我換了最好的房間，另外給我送了兩天免費的早餐。不過，這通通都是我要求的，酒店人員真的有需要再培訓。

GGuest UserThe overall experience at this hotel was excellent. The spacious rooms, equipped with sofas and bathtubs, were very comfortable. The glass elevator was not only fast but also offered panoramic city views, creating a sense of expansiveness.
The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options and excellent taste. In addition to a variety of yogurt desserts and fresh fruit, there were also freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and orange juice, which were healthy and energizing, making for a great start.
The sauna and fitness room on the third floor were perfect for relaxing, especially after a long journey.
The hotel is centrally located, making transportation very convenient, making it ideal for both sightseeing and business trips.
Overall, this is a highly recommended accommodation option.

Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

NNao_NakoThe location is great, right near the Old Town. However, there were only two bathrooms for four dorm rooms, so someone was always using them. They also weren't very clean, which was a bit off-putting. It cost money just to enter the kitchen, and if you didn't pay, you couldn't even use the fridge or dishes. The paid breakfast (30 PLN) was quite basic; I'd recommend eating at a nearby milk bar for half the price instead.

DDaffidAt beginning I’d like to say that it’s in the quite good location. Easy to walk to the center or catch some bus. Biedronka on the ground floor also useful. Staff very friendly and helpful, tower A has a 24-hour reception. I chose the room ”Superior”, at first glance it looked great, however, after a closer look you can notice some tiny cracks in the wall and tiny scuffs on the wall. Kitchen basic equipped, countertop in one place cracked (MDF laminate), you can already see the tooth of time in this room. Cabinets don’t close properly (hinge torn out), on the plus side, washing machine (but no powder/capsules) and dishwasher (one capsule for a stay of 3d day), which was held on one screw in the cabinet, sometimes there was an unpleasant smell from under the sink. Living room nice, TV a little old, but has many channels even foreign, sofa comfortable. As for the bathroom, there is nothing to complain about, nice, there was gel and hot water, only the white towels had small red spots(maybe some lipstick?). The bedroom is also in good condition, fresh bedding, TV, the only problem was the hard touching door and the non-functioning led behind the bed.
In summary, certainly on the plus side air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, cleanliness of the bathroom, friendly staff, free wifi. On the other hand, the downsides that I remember the most are the problem with the bedroom door(probably fell on the hinges) and problems with the cabinets in the kitchen - torn out hinge and (ATTENTION!) failure to meet the deadline for returning the deposit, I had to wait a whole month (only after not accepting the transaction, the bank reversed the payment)! I also wrote an e-mail about this, but did not receive a reply.
