"The bed was comfortable, the shower was workable, breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was helpful and friendly. However, where is the air conditioner? A fan wasn't the best substitute. Also, some of the curtains at the windows either absented or couldn't close fully. And why the cleaner didn't visit my room?"

"New hotel close to the airport. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable smell of lacquer and glue. The lady at the front desk was not particularly friendly; she didn't realize I had booked a room with breakfast. The breakfast was good, and after I pointed it out, the coffee from the drip machine was refilled."

"Extremely rude lady at check-in. I started to ask her about the services advertised on trip.com she had no idea about any of it. Then she tried to raise her voice at me saying she didn't understand. First I had to put her in her place and tell her to not raise her voice at me, I'm not your child. If you don't understand someone then politely say i don't understand you. Second she broke the cardinal rule of customer service. Don't raise your voice at customers paying your wage. Whoever is the manager of this place definitely needs to send her on a customer service course. Apart from that it's a nice hotel. Sit super hot in the hotel. The heating was on everywhere. No way to turn the ac on to get cold air and the window barely opens in the room. The side we stayed on had construction work. 7am they start to work. They even work on a Saturday morning"

"Good location, decent breakfast. But! No service, before the lift carry the suitcase on the stairs, no staff to help, in the rooms there is everything, but the floor is dirty as if it has not been washed for a few days, sand, hair. Suspicious feelings"

"They offer free transfers which is great - a little off to navigate and perhaps they need to update this on their website or message they send. Essentially you call the number, it then texts a driver and you go to where you are meant to wait. Unfortunately many people are waiting and for me, not every driver was able to explain to me what I had to do, the first driver and second driver read out names it seemed and then took them, the secon driver could see my confusion and then actually had a space so took me but he advised that I just would wait for the next van each time. Would be good to have a little more clarity. Everything was smooth after that - transfers both way, breakfast was a nice touch, rooms pretty clean and functional. They give you ear plugs for the planes overhead and that was great as I slept very well. Later checkout meant I could go straight to the airport for my flight after this. 24/7 small bar if you’d like a drink before bed."

"I stayed at this hotel for a one-night layover, and for that purpose, I would definitely recommend it. I had read reviews saying it was about 20 minutes from the airport, but it was much closer than I expected. Using the Bolt app, our taxi from the airport to the hotel cost 30 PLN (Polish złoty), and our pre-booked Bolt ride back to the airport the next day cost 46 PLN. Both journeys took only about 5–7 minutes, making this hotel a very convenient option for an airport layover. We requested a late check-out, and although usually it depends on room availability, we were lucky, and the hotel kindly allowed us to stay an extra two hours free of charge. This was greatly appreciated since our flight was later in the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even gave me directions to the nearest convenience store, which was about a 10-minute walk away easy to find and perfect for buying snacks and drinks, they even sell cooked meals such as sandwiches and other ready-made meals. There is also a self-service convenience store just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, but unfortunately, we couldn't use it because entry requires registration with a Polish (or a limited number of other countries') phone number to unlock the door. The hotel has a restaurant where you can have dinner from 5PM to 10PM. While the food was decent, it wasn't quite to our taste and it is a bit expensive; also the staff didn't speak much English. The room was small but perfectly adequate for two people staying overnight. The bed was comfortable, and we had a good night's sleep. One thing I particularly enjoyed was the excellent water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable choice for an airport layover, and I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in Warsaw."

"The location is very close to the main road, but the soundproofing in the room is excellent; I couldn't hear any noise at all. The hotel service was also great. I had an early flight and no time for breakfast, so they packed it for me in advance, and it was a generous portion, which was fantastic."
