"The location is perfect. The room was clean and tidy, just what I wanted. All my comments were taken into account. The information was sent the day before! The Wi-Fi worked wonderfully. It was quiet and comfortable. There was even a balcony! It was also warm in December. There were towels, plates, forks, and an ID in the room. But there was no stove. Perhaps it would have been better. There would have been no smell in the hallway; there was a microwave. Perhaps I had quiet neighbors, but I did not feel any discomfort. For this price, it's decent. I will definitely book this room in the future. Thank you!"

"More than expected for the price. Modern, spacious, and well-furnished rooms. Can take trams directly to the city center that run every 3-5 minutes."

"The location is great, right near the Old Town. However, there were only two bathrooms for four dorm rooms, so someone was always using them. They also weren't very clean, which was a bit off-putting. It cost money just to enter the kitchen, and if you didn't pay, you couldn't even use the fridge or dishes. The paid breakfast (30 PLN) was quite basic; I'd recommend eating at a nearby milk bar for half the price instead."

"Lovely location at CH30 ~ nice courtyard area. Well located to anything downtown, including old town being not about 2km walk away. Feels secure with the gate being locked at night and the main door to each building also being a code entrance~ good for solo travellers. A nice room with fridge/microwave /kettle and crockery / cutlery. Comfy bed. Shared bathroom (only 2 rooms in each floor) was large and had hairdryer/washing up liquid and cloth to use. Easy and quick communication when needed. Good value for money ~"

"The location is 30 to 40 minutes by tram from Old town square. The price is cheap but the reception smell very bad, and the room also smell bad. Lucky the wash room and bathroom is still fine. The receptionist do not speak English or she just don't want to talk. Everything was body language. But she did email and send messages to trip to tell me the main door password. I suppose she don't speak English. 1 more thing is the hostel do not have a signboard. But Google map location is correct. Fro.m the airport to the hostel need around 1hour time. Take FlixBus to city and change tram to halo wola station."

"In order to catch up with the Jennifer Lopez concert the next day, I specially chose the evening flight to Warsaw, and also booked the pick-up service in advance of Trip.com , hoping to rest at the hostel early. As a result, it was already 11 o'clock in the evening, the doorway was dimly lit, and the password lock could not be seen. The hostel was slow to respond, and I finally entered the building, but because I couldn't use the old-fashioned elevator, I could take the stairs, or the kind of slow-walking automatic lights off... I was really scared in the dark. I retreated outside and continued to contact customer service. When the hostel staff appeared, I didn't expect to come up and yell at me, even pointing at my nose to shut me up. I blocked his finger and told him that I wanted to rest early and didn't want to say more. It was almost 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. . I was looking forward to this trip, but I encountered this scene in Warsaw late at night. 🥲 In addition to the bad service attitude of the big man on the night shift on July 24, the other 2 employees are good, the room hygiene is OK, I will not give the hostel malicious bad reviews because of this bad big man, but I hope that the friends who stay at night are still good for lightning protection. The building is really scary at night, there are photos to check."

"I arrived at Dom Sofiia around 5 AM — the 24/7 reception was a big plus. A very kind and helpful lady at the front desk welcomed me and made check-in easy. The hostel is basic, but you get what you pay for — this is one of the cheapest places in Warsaw, so be prepared for a mixed crowd. The bed was clean and fresh, with soft pillows, and I slept well. The bathroom was also clean and without any issues. Overall, a solid choice for the price."
