"The girls at the reception are so unfriendly. You won't ask them anything extra, which is very unusual. Usually even the worst hostel can be saved by great friendly staff. Next. They gave me a walk-through room. That is, I deliberately chose a room with fewer beds to feel safe. But while I'm sleeping, strangers literally walk past me and my things🤡 I closed the door to the room several times, but each time it turned out to be unlocked. I told the reception about this, they told me that ”no, the room is not a walk-through, but yes, there are 2 doors”. When I commented that someone was walking there all night, I only received indignation in the form of shaking my head🤡 The hostel has a common area near the reception area, but it is uncomfortable to be there. There is no kitchen. The bathroom and shower are separate for men, separately for women. The interior is depressing. Naked men with bellies are walking along the corridor🤡. The bed in the room is creaky. There is no air conditioning. After my experience of staying in many hostels in Europe, this one turned out to be the worst🥸"

"Its a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience."

"It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The room itself was small, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to recover from my fatigue. I stayed for two nights, and on the second night, there was another guest who was noisy and had a strong odor, but when I told the front desk, they kindly changed my room to a more comfortable one, which was a great help. I panicked when the door was locked from the inside while I was resting on the balcony and I couldn't get in, but when I called the hotel, they came right away, so it wasn't a problem. The atmosphere around the hotel was different in the morning and at night, but the air around the area was good both in the morning and at night, and if I come here again, I would choose this hotel again!"

"Great location, close to the very walkable Nowy Świat avenue which leads all the way to the Old Town. Facilities were very clean and quite nice. One complaint - walls are thin, so you will be hearing noise from the main corridor (where the reception desk lies) and adjacent rooms."

"The location is great, right near the Old Town. However, there were only two bathrooms for four dorm rooms, so someone was always using them. They also weren't very clean, which was a bit off-putting. It cost money just to enter the kitchen, and if you didn't pay, you couldn't even use the fridge or dishes. The paid breakfast (30 PLN) was quite basic; I'd recommend eating at a nearby milk bar for half the price instead."

"Lovely location at CH30 ~ nice courtyard area. Well located to anything downtown, including old town being not about 2km walk away. Feels secure with the gate being locked at night and the main door to each building also being a code entrance~ good for solo travellers. A nice room with fridge/microwave /kettle and crockery / cutlery. Comfy bed. Shared bathroom (only 2 rooms in each floor) was large and had hairdryer/washing up liquid and cloth to use. Easy and quick communication when needed. Good value for money ~"
