"Very friendly and kind service: these are people who are willing to go the distance to ensure you have a nice stay. We asked for an end of corridor room and was given one. Breakfast is ample and will satisfy most hungers. I only suggest that they rotate hot dishes for example so guests who stay several nights may enjoy a little variety. The management should be proud of what they have been able to achieve in the six months since they opened in July 2025."

Destacate the friendliness of all the human teams, from Ines at the ckeckin, Patricia and her breakfast fellows, Bruno at the checkout and each of the people working at the hotel to take care of the least detail. Small details make a difference to other hotels The hotel opened a few months ago is characterized by its unique design, focused on art. It is perfectly decorated thinking of all details. The room is very comfortable, including free mini bar, very large and comfortable bed, radiant floor, etc. Dan wants to stay in the room and not leave. Breakfast at the letter is spectacular, made with best quality ingredients. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes walk from the center of Porto. "This is a relatively small hotel, the service is in place, the front desk is warm, the breakfast is arranged warmly, and the room is a bit small. All in all, the hotel's software makes up for the lack of hardware. The overall feeling is good."

"The breakfast is rich, exquisite, and nutritious, and there are bus stops when you go out. But there were mosquitoes in the hotel, it was very collapsed, I was bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night, several packs, no mosquito coils and mosquito repellent."

"The location of the hotel is just above the bus terminal in Porto. It is an old town. The hotel room can also have a good breakfast. There is a gym and a swimming pool upstairs. Although it is very small, you can use Uber for a cheaper trip. There is a supermarket on the opposite side of the road. ,very convenient."

"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"El hotel estaba limpísimo y el personal fué muy amable el día del apagón. La habitación era bastante amplia, lo único que no había a penas sitio para pasar entre el piecero de la cama y la pared. Todo lo demás, fenomenal!"

"I feel like I entered an old movie in this hotel, they really stoped in time. The room is big, but the windows cannot be opened. The carpet is super old and the air inside the room is heavy. I don’t recommend if you have respiratory problems. The bed too soft. The view is the only good point in the room. Also the reception staff is friendly and let us enter the room before the checkin time."
