"Very close to Porto train station. The room was clean and modern, equipped with a kettle and a capsule coffee machine. I loved the scent of the shower gel and shampoo. If you're driving, you can use the hotel's paid parking garage, but the ramp is quite steep, which might be tricky for new drivers. From the window, you can see the home stadium of the Porto football team. There are also several large supermarkets nearby. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area."

"We had a truly perfect stay at Jam Hotel Porto. From the very beginning everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was in excellent condition, almost like new, very modern and thoughtfully designed. It was always clean and perfectly tidy which made it very comfortable to come back to after a day in the city. What made the stay really special was the lovely lady at the reception. She noticed that I was celebrating my birthday during our stay and organized a birthday muffin to be brought up to my room. It was such a kind and personal gesture that I did not expect at all and it honestly made my day. Overall it felt like a place where people really care about their guests, not just in a professional way but in a warm and genuine way. I would happily stay here again without hesitation."

"Generally, it is a good hotel for living but you may need to climb a little bit to get to there from the metro station. Anyway, it is close to the city centre with a fair price. Besides, we have faced the issue with our room card for several times, but the good thing is the staff is friendly and helped us for fixing the problem."

"The hotel is new, clean and sanitary. You need to borrow a kettle from the front desk because one room has one and the other doesn't. The shower water is softened and very good for hair. I lost some things in the room and the cleaning guy helped me keep them. Thank you. The location is not very downtown, but close to the train station. Overall recommended."

"Не понимаю восторженных отзывов. По мне средний хостел. При бронировании была одна цена, при заселении сказали, что произошла техническая ошибка и запросили 10 евро доплатить сверху. Т.к. добиралась до него долго и сил искать новое жильё не было, пришлось оплатить. Считаю недопустимым такое отношение к бронированию. По сути это квартира, переделанная под хостел. Внутри темно, даже мрачно. Света не хватает, окна постоянно закрыты жалюзями. Кому-то может это нормально, мне не понравилось. Внутри комнаты, 2 санузла, кухня. Уборка нормальная, помещение чистое. Ресепшн на месте только до 17 часов. Можно заселиться дистанционно. Не понравилась постель- простыня в катышках с волосами. Как будто её не меняют. Расположен далеко от достопримечательностей, пол часа минимум надо идти пешком."

"The room was excellent and very spacious. However, I had to go down to reception to get a toothbrush. The location is fantastic, with the metro station right around the corner. It's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and 20 minutes to the city center. There's a bar right opposite the hotel, which was a nice bonus. And it was very quiet."

"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. We had a problem at the reception as they told us first yes and then q yes and then if there was to pay charges from the city. I explained and proved that I had already paid them but they said trip had not paid them for it was me touched to pay them again, which I was a little impressed. On the other hand, the dryers are super old and warm up and shut up at 30 seconds and stop working up to 3 minutes so better carry a dryer."

Small details make a difference to other hotels The hotel opened a few months ago is characterized by its unique design, focused on art. It is perfectly decorated thinking of all details. The room is very comfortable, including free mini bar, very large and comfortable bed, radiant floor, etc. Dan wants to stay in the room and not leave. Breakfast at the letter is spectacular, made with best quality ingredients. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes walk from the center of Porto. They should have more than all the qualifying. If we return to Porto, we will repeat. Thanks to all the staff for always taking care of us so well. ¡ You are the best!"
