"Went through a decent checked in process. There is 24/7 front desk, so even though we arrive at 1am everything is fine. Have a few words about the fan position in the room. It is placed right on top of the bed so there might be wind blowing into your face when you sleep. The team handled my feedback quickly and their efficiency is impressive."

"Не понимаю восторженных отзывов. По мне средний хостел. При бронировании была одна цена, при заселении сказали, что произошла техническая ошибка и запросили 10 евро доплатить сверху. Т.к. добиралась до него долго и сил искать новое жильё не было, пришлось оплатить. Считаю недопустимым такое отношение к бронированию. По сути это квартира, переделанная под хостел. Внутри темно, даже мрачно. Света не хватает, окна постоянно закрыты жалюзями. Кому-то может это нормально, мне не понравилось. Внутри комнаты, 2 санузла, кухня. Уборка нормальная, помещение чистое. Ресепшн на месте только до 17 часов. Можно заселиться дистанционно. Не понравилась постель- простыня в катышках с волосами. Как будто её не меняют. Расположен далеко от достопримечательностей, пол часа минимум надо идти пешком."

"From the moment I landed, I knew this stay would be special. I was collected from the airport in a luxury Jaguar , (completely free) and transported again at departure, including complimentary trips to and from the city centre. Actual VIP treatment from start to finish .... something I have never experienced anywhere else. Because my flights didn’t match standard hotel times, the team kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out at no extra cost, which took away all travel stress and made my stay even more comfortable. That flexibility meant everything to me. Every single staff member was amazingly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Although I sadly didn’t manage to catch the names of the wonderful ladies at reception, they were absolutely incredible and deserve huge praise. Special mention to Tomas — such a professional, friendly, standout member of the team. I later found out his birthday was on Thursday 4th, and I wish I had the chance to say Happy Birthday before I left! The location is perfect — close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore Porto while still enjoying a calm, comfortable stay. The room was immaculate — spotlessly clean, cosy, and beautifully prepared. And the amenities were next-level: Mini-bar, tea and coffee station with kettle, plush slippers, bathrobe, bottled water......everything thoughtfully provided. I was welcomed with a welcome drink on arrival, and a fresh fruit tray waiting in my room. Nothing felt standard, everything felt intentional. What truly sets this hotel apart is the attention to detail. There is a clear sense of care, love, and purpose in every interaction and every small touch. You’re not treated like just another guest , you are genuinely looked after. I honestly cannot fault a single thing about this stay. Hotel Jaguar Porto combines luxury service with real warmth and heart, a rare find. If you’re heading to Porto and looking for an experience that goes far beyond accommodation, this is THE hotel to book. 100% recommended. I will absolutely be back. ✨👏"

"The room was excellent and very spacious. However, I had to go down to reception to get a toothbrush. The location is fantastic, with the metro station right around the corner. It's a 15-minute walk to the bus station and 20 minutes to the city center. There's a bar right opposite the hotel, which was a nice bonus. And it was very quiet."

"The hotel is new and close to the train, metro and bus station, and we can walk on foot. There are also taxis in front of the station. It has a big Tv, USB wall charger, AirCon, Tea/Coffee. The shower has soap, cream and shampoo. Everything was very clean and the bed was excelent. The staff was polite. It has an elevator."

Small details make a difference to other hotels The hotel opened a few months ago is characterized by its unique design, focused on art. It is perfectly decorated thinking of all details. The room is very comfortable, including free mini bar, very large and comfortable bed, radiant floor, etc. Dan wants to stay in the room and not leave. Breakfast at the letter is spectacular, made with best quality ingredients. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the metro and 10 minutes walk from the center of Porto. "I feel like I entered an old movie in this hotel, they really stoped in time. The room is big, but the windows cannot be opened. The carpet is super old and the air inside the room is heavy. I don’t recommend if you have respiratory problems. The bed too soft. The view is the only good point in the room. Also the reception staff is friendly and let us enter the room before the checkin time."
