"I was really impressed with the place; the rose garden is absolutely beautiful. It was quite cold in the dome, but I slept very comfortably. The bathroom had hot water, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a good stay."

"There is no door for bathroom from master bedroom so it is very difficult to manage with 3 guest In night time some chocolate milk fall down by children on bedsheets so they charge us extra 300 thb for clean, this is ridiculous it should be in their service For breakfast there are no buffet, in the morning we order then they prepared some fixed menu by themselves it is also not so worthy as I paid extra 700-800 baht for breakfast of 3 people during booking They showed that it is buffet but not Sofa is not so clean"

"The hotel is comparatively close to our trail running start point. Just 15-20 mins walk to the PAO park. Rooms are clean and service ladies are welcoming except one old lady at the reception counter with bad manner. Every time i meet her at the counter, she never say any words or ever a simple ”hello” . when we left and asking for refund for deosit, she replied me with the same old words ”wait a minute”. She may be the owner of this hotel, but I think she demonstrates a very bad example to her staff showing bad service manner to the customers."

"Although I mistakenly booked the stay for the same day while making the reservation in the evening — meaning the check-in time had already passed by about four hours and I am quite far away in PAI (leaving next day to Mae RIM). Since it was a non-refundable, no-show booking, I initially thought I had lost it. However, Paul, the reception manager, reached out by email to ask what time I would be arriving. I explained my mistake, letting him know I had meant to book for the following day. To my surprise and gratitude, they kindly adjusted my reservation at no extra charge. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and filled with tranquil natural sounds. The cleanliness was outstanding. The huts are very nice. "The hotel is beautiful, but it's built on a mountainside, so the buildings you need are spread out on a very steep road, so it's not easy to move around it. There are golf buggies that take you from place to place if you call them, but having to ask for a vehicle every time you want to go and eat or leave is quite annoying. The distances are walkable, but not if you have mobility issues. The pavements are also in far worse condition than the roads, so you end up walking on the roads and having to keep jumping out the way of the passing vehicles. Photos are attached of the view of the very steep road going up next to our balcony to show an example of the scale of the steepness. The location is remote. Apparently taxi apps like Grab and Bolt do not work here, although we did manage to quickly book a Bolt to take us here from Chiang Mai centre. A car and driver can be hired from the hotel for 2500 baht for 4 hours. I wouldn't recommend visiting if you don't have your own vehicle, as there is nothing nearby you can walk to. On check-in, the hotel said they offered room service, but there were no menus in the rooms. The room cleaning was slow if you are on a higher floor - on our 2 days, they didn't manage to visit all morning despite us leaving the ”please clean room” sign on the door. I found out later that you can ring reception to ask your room to be prioritised. The restaurant is expensive compared to central Chiang Mai, and they recommend that you reserve a table every night you want to eat there, but the food was good. Service was a bit chaotic. On the night we arrived, at 5:30 pm, reception told us they had reserved a table for us. But when we went to the restaurant, that did not seem to be the case, and we were taken to an unreserved table in a loud and echoey room. I then had to go up and ask to order as no-one came, and then the order was missing items when it did arrive. Randomly on the grounds near the lobby, there is a parrot in a tiny cage compared to its size with no entertainment, hardly any plants, and barely anywhere to perch. It's really sad to see."

"Because the stay time of the epidemic was extended for nearly 10 days, the first day was too late and I missed the intersection. Fortunately, the boss came out to pick us up. After a few days of settling down, I became more and more fond of it. The loyal Mr. Wang, the fish in the pond, are peaceful, and the ancient temple bell sounds from time to time, far away to the inner home. The hostess has been trying hard to satisfy our Chinese stomach. The breakfast is rich and the children are very happy."

"Enjoyed a mini escape into the lush garden river valley! We were assigned a cute little cabin with a deck which we enjoyed! A gorgeous pool wrapped by mountains, the sounds of nature all around. It feels like camping, only more comfortable! Lovely decor and beautifully maintained place.  We enjoyed our breakfast with a view and am so thankful for the lovely hospitality we enjoyed from everyone on the property, so friendly!"

"This place was just amazing! Location wise it was about 40-60 min drive from Chiang Mai airport, and it’s up a winding roads. But with that, you get to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Was there for 4 nights which is quite unusual as we were told that people are usually there for 1-2 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed the calmness, and staff’s hospitality was impeccable. I ordered some mangoes during one meal, and they remembered it after! Onsen was a must do on a daily basis, and they have a strawberry farm just next door. There’s nothing much within walking distance other than small basic provision shop but if you want a getaway that is relaxing and peaceful, then this is the place for you!"

"-There are 2 hole plugs in the room -No air conditioning, but the air is cool -Tea, coffee, the room does not have a kettle, there is a hall in the center. -If more than 3 guests think more (children think), a regular buffet breakfast that can accommodate 2 people -If you go in winter, there will be less parking because there are a lot of guests -Few employees and inadequate service -Wifi available only in the central restaurant "
