"This hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Taichung Train Station. The lobby is spacious, and the staff are very helpful and can answer any questions you have. They also offer luggage storage. It's very close to popular attractions like Miyahara Ice Cream. There's a shopping mall and a Carrefour supermarket right next to the hotel, making shopping very convenient. The only downside is that the beds are a bit basic and can be noisy when you lie down. On a positive note, the hotel entrance is also a pick-up/drop-off point for Alishan day tours."

"I checked in at 9:50 PM. It's Chinese New Year, so family gatherings are normal. We booked a quad room, and I don't see the problem with four adults and one child bringing luggage up to the room. The front desk staff immediately questioned us, very impolitely, asking how many people were checking in. I replied that only four people were staying, and the others were just bringing luggage up. Then the staff immediately said, 'Our visitor hours are until 10 PM...' Don't you want to check your surveillance? The only people who went upstairs were four adult students and one elementary school child; the others were waiting downstairs. We booked a quad room, so what 'visitors' are you talking about?! Even if there's such a rule, was it stated in the booking information? Your tone was completely rude and you kept questioning if we were trying to lie about the number of guests. I already told you, what's the issue? Even a polite reminder would have been better. My experience was terrible."

"Extremely disappointed 😞. The family room I saw in the pictures wasn't the one I stayed in, and there were no photos of my actual room type available on Trip.com. The room I got didn't match the price I paid. I booked specifically for the room design, so I was really upset when I arrived. When I asked at the front desk, they told me, 'Because you didn't request it? So it's just a standard room?' I had no idea there were other room types. I came during a public holiday (and my price was more than double the usual rate), but I didn't get the room I wanted. I really can't accept this! The most unreasonable thing, in my opinion, was the security deposit. I'm okay with paying a deposit, but why wasn't it refunded immediately? Who traveling for a vacation in Taiwan wants to wait over two weeks for a refund? I've already waited fourteen days, and they're saying it's Trip.com's problem and not theirs??? The staff just shifted all the blame and didn't help resolve the issue at all! It's already 2/28 to 3/14 and I still haven't received my money? What happened to the promised 7 to 14 days? And I can't find anyone who can help resolve this problem! I hope the hotel can help deal with this instead of just saying it's not their problem. The hotel partners with Trip.com; they help you get guests, so why are you so indifferent to your customers' issues??? Who would dare to book with you again after this??? (RM591.92) Is the deposit for one night the same as the holiday room price??? Maybe you didn't collect it directly, but since you let Trip.com collect it, you should be responsible for helping to inquire and assist customers in getting their money back. Just because it's not 'your' money, you don't care? Is this a customer service issue? Five hundred TWD 4,600?? Is that a service fee? Is this a joke? No problem resolution? The breakfast was indeed good! I'll give them that. But who knows how much Oden 🍢 there was? They advertised it as a late-night snack, but it was all gone by 9 PM? When I asked, they just said, 'It's gone, it's gone?' In that case, why even offer it?"

"I booked a king-sized room for myself. The room was quite spacious, with a coffee table, armchair, and a desk. Besides the luggage area, there was plenty of room to move around. The bed was indeed king-sized; it felt like three people could comfortably fit on it. The bathroom and toilet were separated, a nice wet/dry design. Overall, the room and the hotel's interior felt very clean. I stayed for two days and didn't notice any hygiene issues. The room had floor-to-ceiling windows, providing excellent natural light in the morning. The hotel offers many interesting facilities. There's a late-night snack service, a hot stone spa (Ganbanyoku), and even gaming pods available for rent. Each floor has a water dispenser, and even-numbered floors have sparkling hydrogen water dispensers, which is quite unique. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Fengjia Night Market, making it very convenient to visit. There's also a convenience store right opposite. However, for getting to other areas, a taxi would be more convenient."

"Excellent hotel, large rooms above expectations, the room was clean and well-equipped, underwent basic cleaning, received water and clean towels every day. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful in everything ( recommendations for attractions). Located a few minutes walk from the mall . There is free parking in front of the hotel."

"Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, location is within 5mins walking distance to Family Mart, different eateries and bus-stops. It is also within 15mins walking distance to Yizhong Street. The only possible negative I can think about is that you will have to shower in the bath tub (there's no separate showering area outside of the tub), which may not be suitable for elderlies. Other than that, we really loved the relaxing ambience of the hotel. Would recommend."

"Love the hotel. Breakfast was good too, and I like it that it’s not buffet style but freshly cooked. Kids enjoyed the slide which was opened from 10am to 8pm. Even though parking was slightly far away, it was still convenient to drop the folks and park the car. Staff were friendly and helpful."

"Transportation: Located within Zhonghua Road Night Market, it's quite close to the train station and walkable. However, the surrounding environment is very poor; a high-end hotel built there feels out of place. Service: As a birthday guest, I received two complimentary cocktail vouchers to use at the bar on the first floor. The service was excellent. They require a 2,000 NTD deposit, and if you pay in cash, check-out refunds might take longer. You can store your luggage, and if you need ice, you can get an ice bucket from the 1F bar. Facilities: Bath towels, bathrobes, and indoor slippers are provided. The slippers had a slight odor, which was strange, but the floor was very clean. The bathroom is spacious, with a bathtub and hairdryer, conditioner, shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. Two bottles of mineral water, a small Coke, and small snacks were also included. The rooftop gym is tiny, and there are chairs on the roof – you *might* be able to see the night view on a good day, but the surrounding scenery is messy and unkempt. Breakfast: Served from 07:00 to 10:00. It's not large but has everything you'd need. The pork floss tasted a bit odd. There are made-to-order Danzai noodles and omelets. The hot penne pasta and chicken drumsticks were quite tasty, but the food wasn't hot. This stay was in a 'Super Value Light Luxury Room' with two beds for 3231 NTD."
