"I had a great stay overall—the hotel offers excellent value for the money. The rooms are comfortable, the service is attentive, and the amenities make it feel like a higher-end experience. The only small drawback is that the soundproofing of the glass windows isn’t perfect, so a bit of outside noise can be heard at times. Still, compared to the price paid, it’s definitely worth it and I would happily stay here again."

"Amazing hotel & amazing location. The spa was great also. The staff were great & friendly. The only issue I had was that one of the cleaners at the facility stole money I left in the room. I returned to the room 2mins later & was shocked to see the money not there. When I reported it. They told me the staff thought the money was a tip but the money was hidden so how could she possibly think that. The managers and receptionist kept insisting she took the money because she thought it was a tip but it was practically impossible to think that especially when knowing how I hid the money. I also took a video of the incident. They also threatened to call the police on me because they didn’t want me complaining about the incident in the lobby for other customers to hear. I don’t think they would have gotten anywhere with that because I was the victim of theft. They offered me a gesture of a free massage or wine & fruits. I wanted a different gesture because I had already paid for a message & had bought my own wine already. I wanted transfer to the airport when I was time to leave instead but they resfused. I asked them to include breakfast instead they refused. So had to settle for a 20minute massage. The massage was good though. Other than the theft everything else was amazing. There was a male receptionist who was also a little rude. The female receptionist was pleasant. Great hotel though I would definitely go back just make sure to keep valuables on me!"

"Facilities: Decent, relatively new. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Fairly attentive, but not overly enthusiastic. Breakfast was just okay. Environment: The surrounding area is a bit desolate, with nothing much to see or do, and not many restaurants."

"The hotel is great. The owner's brother runs a restaurant downstairs and is very nice. We planned to go out for dinner after checking in, but seeing how hot we were, he brought us tea and watermelon. Everything is perfect here, though it can be a bit noisy at night. In the morning, you can enjoy tea on the balcony and appreciate the Antarctic morning."

"The hotel was great: clean and quiet rooms with a delicious, plentiful breakfast. I’ve worked at the Hilton Amsterdam before, and I think the breakfast here easily beats it. My corner room was big and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit old and could use an update. The staff were very kind and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again."

"1. Excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach viewpoint. You can drive into the old town, but the roads are really difficult to navigate—narrow, crowded with tourists, and sometimes closed off, making it hard to know where to go… 2. Good breakfast, the yogurt bowl was super delicious. 3. The biggest drawback is that it's too noisy. There are restaurants and bars nearby, and the music is incredibly loud. 4. The double room felt a bit old, and the cleanliness was just average. 5. The staff were very nice. Overall, recommended!"

"We had a family gathering to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We came together from different parts of the world and had an amazing stay in White Garden. The accommodation and service was perfect. Lovely family run hotel in the centre of the old town that more than matched our expectations.The owners and staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Everything was spotless, healthy breakfast choices. Highly recommend it. Thank you to the team at White Garden we had a special time there."

"We stayed at the hotel for one night, and overall, everything was fine. The location is convenient, with a tram stop nearby and Hadrian's Gate, the entrance to the old town, across the street. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is nice, a bit tired and gloomy, but overall okay. The downsides are the drab towels and linens, but everything was clean. It would be nice to get some mosquito repellent—the mosquitoes were a real pain at night. The biggest downside is the view from the window; I've attached a photo; it's rather sad."

"Our family ended up here by chance. We missed our flight and urgently booked this hotel late at night, as it was a convenient option not too far from the airport. We checked in at midnight, and they kindly extended our check-out to 2 PM (instead of the standard 12 PM). The hotel is small, and they only serve local alcoholic drinks, but we only wanted beer, which tastes the same everywhere, so that wasn't an issue. Our room was clean and spacious; everything worked perfectly. The grounds are compact, but I imagine most city hotels here are similar. Nevertheless, there's a decent pool, a couple of water slides, a volleyball court, table tennis, a small gym, a sauna, and so on. The service isn't like a high-end 5-star hotel, you might wait a bit for waiters, but I didn't mind going to the bar myself. The food was excellent. We only stayed for a day, so the selection wasn't huge, but everything was delicious. We'd just stayed at a much more expensive hotel before this, but my whole family preferred the food here. I also loved the area by the sea; going down there felt like being in Italy, and you could dive into the water, which was cleaner than in Belek. There's no sandy beach, but we didn't need one. Overall, even though the hotel was full, it felt uncrowded everywhere, and there were plenty of sun loungers and places to sit. To sum it up, I think we might even intentionally come back to this hotel for at least 5 days, combining it with a beach holiday in Belek. It's close to the city center, where you can take a walk for a change of scenery instead of just staying at the hotel all the time. The value for money here is excellent!"
