"The hotel is conveniently located, about a 20-25 minute walk from Kaleici and 30 minutes from Konakli beach. We had a triple room; it was generally small, but clean and tidy, and perfectly adequate for us. The room was equipped with a fridge, wardrobe, kettle, air conditioning, shower, and toilet, all in working order. The wardrobe was quite spacious, fitting all our belongings comfortably. The room was cleaned daily. Do note that the rooms don't have balconies, which makes drying clothes a bit tricky. We used their paid drying service downstairs, which cost 5 euros per bag. The staff are friendly. There are Russian-speaking staff, though we communicated in English at the front desk. We didn't use the pool; it looked like it wasn't cleaned daily, so we didn't chance it.
There's a currency exchange nearby with a good rate, and directly opposite the hotel, a restaurant where you can enjoy a tasty meal if you don't fancy walking far."
