"The luggage was almost lost by Pegasus Airlines, so we asked them to retrieve it and send it to the hotel. The hotel was very responsible and helped me keep an eye on the luggage and tried to help us contact the airline. The hotel's buffet restaurant is priced similar to domestic five-star hotels, and the dishes are very rich, with local specialties and European breakfast. The private beach downstairs of the hotel is very beautiful and worth a vacation. The photos on the Internet are not as beautiful as what you actually see. The lobby and rooms are very stylish and have a sense of luxury."

"Arrived at the hotel at night, there were no vacancies in the hotel parking lot, so the car was parked on the roadside outside the hotel. As soon as I entered the lobby, the smell of a bath center hit me 🤣, and there was a lot of noise. The hotel is very popular, and it seems that most of them are locals who come for vacation. The hotel includes two meals, and dinner and breakfast are buffets with many varieties. The hotel environment is not bad, and the Aegean Sea style is refreshing."

"The bed was very soft, and I didn't sleep well at night. In the middle of the night, there was a sound of dripping water, and the window of the balcony could not be closed. Low cost performance, we booked a balcony room for more than 800 nights, far from the life of Fethiye. The sea view from the restaurant was so beautiful.
I liked the relaxation in the hot springs, the sea, the hotel, and the service of the staff.
This is a place I want to go back to. There is nothing around. There are beautiful villages nearby. This is a hotel that delivered perfect relaxation. It is my favorite place in Turkey. Not all swimming pools are open, but it is a satisfactory place."

GGuest UserGood boutique hotel. We lived here in a low season. Wonderful breakfasts, very delicious. Good, stylish rooms. We lived on the top floor with a view to the pool. The rooms are clean.
The hotel is well located near the center of Alachata, but at the same time is not noisy as the center.
But unfortunately there were also consequences. Very good hearing in the rooms. I hear people walking down the stairs, closing the hotel entrance door. I hear even as in the next room go to the bathroom. It's unpleasant.
The area of the hotel is small. The hosts often invite their friends/acquaintances, so it is noisy.
Cleaned in 3 days only once.

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

YYINGCHANIt takes about 15 minutes by bus from Cesme to the seaside and a 10-minute walk to the hotel.
🥣Breakfast is super rich! Various bread and cheese buffet. The dinner was also eaten here and it tasted great! fair price.
There are not many Asians. Basically, foreigners bring their dogs. They will lie down by the pool and get an ice cream.
The room was very spacious, and the standard room on the first floor opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to redeem the swing and had a great time.
There will be free afternoon tea in the evening.
The waiters speak very good English and there is no barrier to communication.
The service attitude of the store is super good, and he keeps telling us that he has something to do with him at any time.
There is a kettle and hair dryer soap and shampoo, but no conditioner and toothpaste toothbrush.
The store also delivered us to the station for free the next day.
The Wi-Fi speed is also very fast, I hope I can come here next time.

GGuest UserLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

PPakpichaThe aircon is not working. I asked them couples time to come and fix it but it didn't work. They said leave it for 5 mins then it will work but it is not on. Not sure what was going on. I also asked if someone going to come to fix it later. They told me they could not find engineer at this time. So the answer is I don't know. Luckily it wasn't a summer so I get by in the night. In the day you need to open your window to get some air. The room was ok a bit smaller than I thought. I almost could not open my luggage on the floor.

I set a loft, but the hotel in Turkey feels cheated. The room is very small and short. The photo looks at the area. It is actually very forced. However, when we arrived, we helped us upgrade the standard room for free. We were still not satisfied, so we added 1000 lira to upgrade the family suite.
Hygienic: clean and tidy, the decoration style is simple and bright.
Environment: very close to the coast, walking all the way to the Marina and the castle, it is convenient to go anywhere, the family suite has a small balcony facing the coast, and it is very comfortable to blow at night.
Service: 1. Will not help you with your luggage, the hotel does not have an elevator; 2. We stayed for two consecutive nights, and the room was not cleaned in the middle of the night. In the middle of the night, I went downstairs to ask the front desk for garbage bags and toilet paper; 3. There is a small trash can in the bathroom, which leads to garbage throwing. It’s really **; 4. The hotel's English primary school standards are recommended to prepare translation software in advance, otherwise it is difficult to communicate; 5. GGuest UserIt was as we read in the comments. The price was an hotel with performance. The rooms, bathrooms, towels were old but clean. Breakfast and dinner meet our expectations, the options were enough. In the city, the stream market, the castle and the marina are very close to the hill by car. If you don't go with a very big expectation, I want to go through the stream and the chain, but if you say I don't want to spend a lot of money on shop hotels, it'll be suitable for you.
