"The brand service management level is relatively stable. The internal facilities are complete and there is a microwave oven. Parking is free. The water and cookies were sent to the stay, the taste was good and the service was very user-friendly. This family maintained the consistent level of the brand, very close to Niagara Falls, worth living."

The hotel is within 2 minutes of Williamsville, 10 minutes/4miles from BUF airport, 12 minutes from downtown Buffalo, and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls. We are within minutes of several office parks, University at Buffalo, Daemen College, shopping centers, professional sports teams, and much more.Pet Policy - 1-6 nights, a 75 non-refundable fee; 7-30 nights, a 75 non-refundable plus a 100. cleaning fee will be administered -inclusive of taxes. Max. 2 pets per rm, weight limit is 50 lbs or less for 1 pet or max. 75 lbs for 2 pets. Fees are in USD.
"We stayed in room with 2 queen beds for 4 adults and 1 child. The pull out sofa bed was not very clean but we have brought a sleeping bag just in case. Other than that, the room is clean and ok. Hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but housekeeping perhaps have missed checking it as the shower gel has run out. We just stayed for 1 night, so didn’t bother to call housekeeping to refill. And remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
Breakfast was better than I thought. They offer variety of breads( bagel, toast, french toast) , juice ( orange/ apple) fruits, yogurt, breakfast sausage and eggs and drinks including Coffee tea chocolate milk.

"The hotel should be considered next to Buffalo City, about 30 minutes from the waterfall, a little drive away. The first room was arranged next to the road and it felt a bit noisy. After communicating, I quickly changed to a room inside, free parking, it is very convenient, and there are some restaurants around. Simple meals are also convenient. There is a laundry room, and the service desk downstairs can buy washing powder and change coins. Still recommended hotel"

"After checking in, there was always the sound of an electric drill. After consulting the hotel customer service, they said that there was always the sound of an electric drill from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. They couldn't change rooms or check out. We checked in before 12:00, so we could only take a break in the lobby. We went to the room several times in the middle. There was always the sound of an electric drill. We waited until 6:00 pm, and the sound stopped before we could go into the room to rest. Then the electric drill started again on time at 8:00 the next day. Such guest rooms should not meet the standards at all. The platform did not clearly inform that the hotel had decoration conditions and quality problems, which violated the legitimate rights and interests of the guests. The hotel failed to provide guests with a good resting place and sufficient rest time. Instead, they were strongly affected and seriously disturbed by the noise, which affected the guests' physical and mental health and made complaints.
