"The hotel atmosphere and facilities were overall very pleasing. The hotel shuttle bus to Key West downtown runs every hour, and there were various additional facilities such as kayaking, paddling, bicycle activities, and yoga classes, which was nice. There was no place to rest while waiting, so I went sightseeing and checked in once, and since they let me check in late, I visited the front desk twice to get the room key.. I went to the front desk a third time to exchange the room key because the room was assigned incorrectly.. I was so tired, both physically and mentally.. I just thought that this was the kind of service they had, but they were busy, so what could they do? When I told them that I was upset with their service, they finally apologized. Except for the front desk staff, the other staff members were so kind that I just let it go, but I think the staff members at the front desk are the face of the hotel. It's definitely a good hotel, but the front desk staff's service was the worst of all the places I've been to. I think this definitely needs to be improved."

"Nice place. Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Parking is NOT included. I'm a bit annoyed about that because I didn't find anything about that when reserving the room. I even called and left a message on the concierge line asking about parking but never got a callback."
