"We had a great overall stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed.
The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the couch was cozy, which made our stay more enjoyable.
However, we did find a roach in the room, which was definitely concerning. Even though it was just one that we saw, it’s never something you expect or want to encounter during a hotel stay. Cleanliness is important, and I hope management takes additional pest control measures to prevent this from happening again.
The internet also did not work on the first day and wasn’t up and running until the following night, which was inconvenient.
The ice room was very sketchy and did not seem well-maintained, and the microwave in was not working properly and appeared a bit dirty. These smaller maintenance issues added up and made the stay less comfortable than it could have been.
Unfortunately, we have not yet received our damage deposit back, which has been disappointing. We are hoping this will be resolved promptly.
I would also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones provided left our hair feeling very dry.
Overall, it was a good stay with a few things that could definitely be improved"
