"The surrounding environment is okay, but the rooms inside are really bad and very dirty, the furniture is very old, and the mattress is too soft and uncomfortable. It feels like everything has been used for a long time."

"Very nice rooms. Very spacious. Beautiful decorations. Not a very quiet environment though. They have mandatory room cleanings and they make you leave the room. They were in my room for 1.5 hours and I come back and they had only made the bed. Did not mop, sweep, take the trash out, OR leave towels… it was very odd. But overall, it was a 6/10 experience."

"Staff was super-friendly every time that I interacted with them. They even provide you with a text number, so when towels were out at the pool, I didn't even have to walk to the office to request more! Facilities look as though they are recently upgraded. Don't expect ”real” high-end, but definitely classy if you look at it from a distance ;-) Bed was really comfy. With the A/C fan on (I like the white noise effect it makes at hotels), evenings were undisturbed and restful. I never heard people though the walls, and I know that they were sold out. Nice self-serve breakfast of breads, fruits, and HB eggs to get your day started. Pool was great (the mural over there is definitely worth a look). My *only* gripe was that there was no desk and chair in the room...but hey, maybe that's on purpose. After all, I wasn't able to work while on vacation....aw, boohoo! ;-)"

"I have stayed at this hotel several times. As expected, it is starting to show signs of aging. There is a kitchen, large refrigerator, pots, frying pans, and tableware in the room, so you can eat in your room. However, if you are staying by car, I think the location is very good. There are multiple freeways, and a large shopping mall is a five-minute drive away. Considering the cost of accommodation, I will continue to use it for a while longer."

"They checked us in in 5 mins which was very speedy and efficient. Not super close to Disney, about 20ish min drive, which isn’t too bad. Parking is free which is a big plus. My biggest issue is that it was super clean, there was chipping paint and stains in the bathtub, but the worst thing was that even though it was a non smoking room it still reeked of cigarettes. But for the price it was pretty good"

Guest UserThe room facilities are great, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep in. It's quite clean, the environment is cozy, and the service is excellent! The owner is *********, and seeing that we had kids, they even gave us free drinks, which made us feel incredibly warm while being in a foreign country. It's about a 15-minute walk from Disneyland, and you can even see the fireworks at night.

trpcRoom was seemingly clean, but walking barefoot in the room for 5 min made our feet completely black. Nonetheless, room was comfortable for an overnight stay and good location to base yourself if visiting the Disneyland parks.
I specifically chose this hotel because of free parking and free shuttle to the Disneyland Parks, but was dismayed to find out upon check-in that we were not allowed to leave our car parked in the property after check out. This was not made known to us beforehand which I think the hotel should explicitly state in the description. We ended up having to drive out and park at Disneyland itself which kind of defeated the main purpose of us booking this hotel. According to the front office staff, you're allowed to leave your car parked prior to check in but not after check out so do take that into consideration before booking/while staying.
Breakfast is kinda abysmal too. You request for either a microwaveable croissant sandwich or a breakfast pita from the reception which you then heat up in the microwaves in the breakfast room. Other than that, they had some breakfast cereal selection, cup yoghurt, over-riped bananas and some beverage.
If you care only about proximity to the Disneyland parks, you can consider this property

The motel on the highway side of the road is noisy and the room facilities are very general, so it is cheaper. The size of the room is OK, the problem of resting for one night is not big, and the requirements are high to give up as soon as possible.

Posted on Nov 15, 2023|Standard Room, 2 Queen Beds, Non Smoking
Guest UserI took 2 granddaughters to Disneyland. My budget is limited so Queens Inn was perfect for the price. The only thing is, it has 2 stories & if you are on the bottom floor people seem to make alot of noise above you, like kids running up & down or adults stomping across the room. The girls went into the pool once because apparently it was too cold. There is a Denny's across the road & opposite that is a small market/grocery store where if you buy 1 of those gallon water bottles then you can refill for 25 cents. There is no breakfast at this hotel but I bought a big box of cereal each from home & bought a 4 pack of bowls from K mart for $2 & breakfast was done. Outside Denny's is a bus stop but download the ART bus app. I paid $48usd for the 3 of us for 3 days & it saved our legs especially when done in Disney. There are also 2 Service stations with Orca right next door & the other across from that. There is a wonderful new laundromat next door as well. Overall our stay was nice & front desk people were helpful. I would stay there again even though I usually stay more in the vicinity of Disneyland Park. There is also lots of eateries around & a 20 minute walk up the road to Target which sells not only clothes but groceries & fresh fruit & Veg as well.

Transition hotel, very recommended, the price is too high.
5 minutes drive from the airport, inform the flight in advance, 11 o'clock to pick up the plane on time, very convenient. Hotel room facilities are basically the same as domestic home, very clean, no disposable toothbrush, remember to bring your own. Breakfast is very good, the top floor infinity pool is also very good, think about 200/yuan one night hotel, domestic should not find such a supporting facilities, suitable for the first day and the last day of transition, close your eyes

Anonymous UserThe staff were pleasant and very friendly. The room was a no frills type room. While it had a really nice bathroom. And the bedroom had a mini fridge and a microwave. It didn't have a dresser. It did have a tv with cable.I ordered a room with a king size bed, and got a room with one queen size bed. And a headboard left on the wall where the second queen had once been. It gave the room a spacious feeling. Despite being the wrong size bed, I didn't complain. I'm not more than. 6' like some people that need a king size bed. Anf at the end of the day, it's just a place to sleep and get a shower. It was a comfortable sleep. And despite being on the corner wasn't as quiet as I had hoped. But it's a motel. Non-smoking rooms available. There is a pool. I didn't check it out though I was too tired my first day, and too busy the next. If you don't require much, this might be for you. The price is right and the location is prime.

Me and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills.
The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on.
The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty.
The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room.
None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care.
Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands.
Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!!
The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!!
How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!?
Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!!
Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup.
Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. .
I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower.
I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
