This was the third hotel I stayed at in Europe, and it was definitely the best experience. The room wasn't large but it was quite new, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. There are just too many 'old' hotels in Europe, you know? ๐โ๏ธ Right downstairs, if you turn right, there's a Coop supermarket, and if you turn left, there are restaurants. Within a two-minute walk, you can catch a tram, and it's usually just 3-4 stops to the city center. Basel is a fantastic city for a stopover when traveling in Switzerland. There are many museums and great photo opportunities. You could easily spend two days here.
