"The room's design and amenities were excellent, featuring boat-shaped wooden blinds facing the river, offering daily views of the sunrise and sunset, and even catching glimpses of foreigners swimming in the morning. Its cool, serene atmosphere was quite different from the surrounding museum area. The few days I visited during this season were probably the sunniest week in recent times; everyone enjoyed sitting outdoors, and it wasn't cold—a sweater was sufficient.
The room's refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, electric stove, and dishwasher were all Miele, making it very convenient to cook for yourself.
I happened to be there during the annual neighborhood party, where they treated the nearby residents to a free meal, although the foreigners mostly just had cheese, fries, drinks, and hamburgers.
The hotel's bicycles are available for free borrowing; they're quite tall, and even with the seat adjusted as low as possible, I still couldn't get on.
Regarding service, there were a few minor issues. During check-out, the bill was checked, and before catching my flight, I had over an hour for breakfast, only to find out 40 minutes had passed before realizing the bill was missing… Towel changing and room cleaning require the signs to be posted before 11:00 AM. Breakfast can be ordered in advance; besides the buffet, you can choose from a menu item such as an omelet or scrambled eggs with bacon for just under 20 euros. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience."
