I love what they provide in the kitchen. Almost all you need, there are oil, salt, peeper, a set of pots and nonstick pan, well also fridge n oven/microwave. Plus, a supermarket just in the next building.
Perfect location to take tram or bus to the city center, waiting time always less than 5 mins.

Guest UserFacilities: The facilities are new and comprehensive. There's a capsule coffee machine, complimentary water, a toiletries set, a hairdryer, disposable slippers, and an iron. The room is cozy with plenty of lighting, unlike some hotels that can be dim. Upon check-in, you receive a complimentary glass of water or spirits.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean. I'd say it's the cleanest European hotel I've ever stayed in.
Location: It's very convenient, just a short walk up to Amsterdam Centraal Station. I'm not sure if the building opposite is a university or a high school, and it seems like the city hall is nearby, so safety shouldn't be an issue.
Service: The two Caucasian women at the front desk were very friendly and patient. I'm a bit sensitive to noise, and the lady at the front desk specifically arranged a quiet room for me on the sixth floor, which I really appreciate.
Soundproofing: The soundproofing is good; the walls are solid, not hollow, which is a great plus.
Overall, it was a very good experience.

WodetianxianneThe room was quite spacious and very clean, with a nice river view. Check-in at the front desk was super fast. There was even a welcome card from the housekeeping staff on the desk, which was a really thoughtful touch.
It's about a 15-minute walk from the central station, making it very convenient to take the train for dining out.
The only minor downside was that the dry area in the bathroom didn't have a drain (a common issue in Western Europe, perhaps?). If water splashed out during a shower, the floor would stay wet...

miller_etienneWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel2Stay Amsterdam. The location was very convenient, close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station, making it easy to travel to the city centre, the airport, and other attractions.
The room was clean, comfortable, and more spacious than expected for a city hotel. The facilities were practical, and the quiet surroundings made it easy to relax and sleep well. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, while the check-in and check-out process was quick and smooth.
Overall, Hotel2Stay offers excellent value for money, a convenient location, and a comfortable experience. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to friends and family visiting Amsterdam.

Anonymous UserOur room was likely upgraded, and it was absolutely fantastic. It made our 15th wedding anniversary even more special. The water pressure was excellent, but the hairdryer seemed broken; it would stop after a while, and I'd have to turn it off and wait before using it again. Also, there's construction going on near the hotel, which is right by the station, but we had to take a detour that added about 15 minutes to the walk. Without the construction, it probably would have been just 3 minutes. That would have been even better, but overall, it was a wonderful stay.

ЕленаСтрGreat location, close to the train station and the city's main attractions. There's a tram stop nearby, and you can be in the museum district in just 10 minutes.
We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the room looked just like the pictures. It was clean, but very basic – no slippers or tissues. This is the first time I've stayed in a 4-star hotel room without cups (just glasses) and teaspoons (just wooden stirrers). Instant coffee in the room for a 4-star hotel is pretty underwhelming; usually, at this level, you get pour-over coffee or a Nespresso machine.
The price is high, but for the same money, you'd get a much higher standard in a 4-star hotel in neighboring Belgium.

marcryuOverall experience was great, one of the late morning check-in male staff was really welcoming and even upgraded me to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the river. But since the checkin is 3pm, when I got back, another burlier guy got us our keys but was way too serious and sombre. It's fine but a smile would go a long way. One tiny irk was the lack of bedroom slippers in a carpeted room. I feel it should be basic. And this is the one time I didn't bring a just-in-case pair and i was caught out. Anyway, location is good, tram connection to the Centraal Station just across the street or a 10min walk.

Guest UserThis is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.

Guest UserI booked this hotel for the view, and dinner was included. Before checking in, I saw some negative reviews, so I double-checked the dinner arrangements and confirmed that the city tax was included. At dinner, I also repeatedly asked which dishes I could order. Later, I asked Trip.com customer service, and they said three courses and one drink were included. However, the server on-site said only two courses and a drink were included (and only certain items were available). The next day at checkout, we were told we had to pay 11 euros for lemonade, even though we had confirmed with the server during dinner that lemonade was included. After paying, I contacted the hotel through Trip.com, and they claimed we had re-ordered drinks at 11 PM, which we absolutely did not. I asked for CCTV evidence, and then the hotel changed their story, saying drinks were not included in dinner. What exactly is their charging standard? For a hotel over 3000 RMB a night, I didn't see the expected service or integrity. Can they just make up charges and even accuse us of re-ordering to get a discount? It's truly frustrating.
