The Villa Lupita stands on a tropically planted property in the quiet neighborhood in the southwest of Cape Coral. Already with entering the house, one is transferred into vacation tendency. Villa Lupita has approx. 2475 square feet of living space and offers up to 6 people enough space for a relaxing stay. Pets are also welcome here on request and for an additional fee, so you don't have to go on vacation without your little darling. Through large sliding glass doors in the living and separate dining area, you have a view of the south-facing terrace with integrated electrically heated pool with turn-on waterfall. This can be romantically illuminated in the evening. Seven sunbeds are ready for bathing in the sun. On the covered part of the terrace is a dining table and 8 chairs.
