"Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately soothed by the lovely fragrance – subtle yet comforting. My mom particularly loved the scent; it instantly made us all feel relaxed. The manager at check-in was incredibly thoughtful and spontaneously upgraded us to a room with a private hot spring, which was a wonderful surprise that put everyone in a great mood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Both the indoor and outdoor private hot springs were fantastic, with fast and ample water flow. Soaking in the warm water melted away all our fatigue; it was incredibly private, allowing our family to quietly enjoy some slow-paced relaxation. We were so comfortable we didn't want to get out! The afternoon tea desserts were our family's absolute favorite – visually appealing and delicious, sweet but not cloying, leaving us feeling completely satisfied. Even when we returned late, the hotel thoughtfully packed them up and delivered them to our room; the service was truly exceptional. Breakfast exceeded all expectations, with such a wide variety that we were spoiled for choice: Chinese and Western options, hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and drinks were all fresh and tasty. The coffee was rich and aromatic, and just one cup energized us for the whole day. Every corner of the hotel was well-designed, clean, and elegant. The staff were all gentle, polite, and paid great attention to detail. This hotel is perfect for both family trips and vacations. We had a comfortable stay, delicious food, and a wonderfully relaxing time. It's definitely a hotel in Zhoushan worth revisiting. I've already recommended it to my friends, and we'll choose it again next time we're in Zhoushan!"

"I took a group of people to Zhujiajian for a leisure trip. This homestay has everything you need for young and old. It is very convenient to drive around for meals. The boss is also thoughtful. He upgraded one of the single rooms for me. It is much more comfortable for people to stay in. There are barbecue facilities, swimming pools, hot springs in the yard. They also helped us light a fire at night. Both houses are ours. It’s okay to be noisy. It’s lively and happy. I will come again next time"

"This wasn't my first time in Zhoushan, but it was my first time staying at the Silk Road. I was incredibly satisfied, and especially grateful to the Silk Road staff, including Xiaolu at the Silk Road front desk and Wang Lin and Zhang Mingju at the Haitiantai. We booked a family room this time, which had high ceilings and was very comfortable. The only downside was that there wasn't much to sit on besides the bed. The chair was a little uncomfortable, but it would have been perfect if there were two comfortable single sofas. The dinner buffet was also very good, with a wide variety, so even if you didn't like something, you could find something else. The price of 198 is not bad, and children are free if you spend 120 or less. We also received complimentary hot spring tickets to the Haitiantai. Every staff member was proactive and enthusiastic. No matter what the problem was, they would first comfort us and then resolve it. After two days, I switched to Kaiyuan Senbo for my children's playtime. I regret it now; the Silk Road was my only choice.
Facilities: There was less room for children to play.
Cleanliness: The lobby seemed cleaned regularly. I wiped the table outside with a wet wipe, and it wasn't stained at all, indicating it had been cleaned recently.
Service: Most of the staff were excellent.
Dongsha Scenic Area Tour: Very convenient for watching the sunrise in the morning.
Warm hot spring tickets for two: Excellent."

"How should I put it, this is a homestay that you don't want to go home after you go there. It is as warm as home, as clean as home, and as comfortable as home. The boss and the proprietress took care of us like family members. They had delicious sandy watermelon, luckily got the bergamot snails, tasted the chef's handiwork, and the bayberry wine brewed by the proprietress. It is worth going again and again. This time The trip is not over yet, and I have started to silently plan the next trip in my heart! Come to Zhoushan to visit Zhujiajian, you must come to Zhujiajian to listen to the summer~"

Service: The young boss and the proprietress are super nice. We recommended a lot of places to eat for the first time in Zhoushan. We were arrived by Amway! Whether it is a restaurant or a food stall, the taste is very good. The little ”chicken” on duty at the front desk is super good, shy but not afraid of people at all. The Spanish latte made by the proprietress is super delicious. This time, our special soldier travels very early every day. I couldn't have breakfast/afternoon tea at the hotel. It’s a bit scary to go out for food at night. It’s still scary to drive on the dark mountain road. It’s best to prepare some food in advance or solve dinner at the hotel. The waiters in the store are very good. We are traveling on a off-season peak. There are almost our family guests in the hotel. In the evening, there is this house in the mountains. I still feel a little panicked. The waiter sister is very comforting to me. They all live here and are very safe. The housekeeper also helped upgrade the room, thank you very much."

"The newly opened homestay is in Fuquan Village. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh. The lobby is a coffee bar. It is very convenient to have a cup of coffee! At the same time, the price of the main meal is reasonable. The dishes made by the aunt are also delicious. It is suitable for leisure vacations in the village without going out! Breakfast is also provided for guests. The egg pancakes made by themselves are delicious. If they are not enough, you can ask the aunt to add more. We all finished eating without any waste. It was a full breakfast. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the homestay housekeeper responds quickly and responds to every request. The private soup in the small courtyard is very private. The system is set to soak once a day. If you want to soak, just tell the housekeeper! I bought a bottle of bayberry wine in the store. The lady also thoughtfully gave the high-foot glass with a welcome fruit snack plate, which is a perfect match with the hot spring in the evening! I should want to come here every winter in the future.
Two minor shortcomings, one, dinner should be prepared in advance. Some dishes are already a little cold when eating. It is recommended that guests agree with guests on the dining time when ordering meals to avoid such a situation.
Second, because it is not a smart toilet, it is a bit frozen in winter. It would be best if PP can be upgraded"
