Grand Hyatt properties in Beijing

I'm completely won over by the heating at Grand Hyatt Beijing! Even though I visited during the coldest time of the year, the entire hotel was wonderfully warm, almost like the 25-degree weather in Shenzhen. The front desk service was incredibly prompt; someone came to take my luggage before I even reached the counter, and check-in was handled swiftly and seamlessly. The fresh flowers in the lobby were elegant and sophisticated, and the carefully placed greenery brought a touch of vibrant green to the winter. The gym facilities are comprehensive, and the swimming area recreates a tropical beach vibe, making guests feel as if they're on a beautiful island at sunset. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering a blend of Chinese and Western dishes and catering to various regional tastes. Room service was warm and attentive.
