Conrad Hotels & Resorts properties in Beijing

My experience at Conrad Hotel was once again incredibly satisfying. From the moment I walked in, I could feel the professionalism and attention to detail in their service. The hotel environment is elegant and peaceful, and the room design is very tasteful, clean, and tidy, with great attention to detail. Both the bedding and toiletries felt incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The only minor downside was that I found it a bit strange how few amenities were provided on the bed. On the first night, I asked for an extra duvet but they didn't have one, and on the second night, I wanted a different pillow but they only had soft ones. What truly impressed me the most was the service level, which perfectly met the standards expected of a high-end hotel. The staff were not only polite and thoughtful but also very attentive, proactively anticipating guests' needs, making the entire stay effortless and enjoyable. I'd like to give a special shout-out to three concierges: Nannan, Shirley, and Leona were exceptionally meticulous and patient. They followed up from check-in to check-out, and communicating with them made me feel very secure and at ease. It's precisely because of such an excellent team that this stay was so exceptional. If I have the opportunity next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.
