Upon arrival, the three of them worked seamlessly together to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in. They were incredibly gentle and meticulous in explaining the executive benefits, hotel facilities, and local transportation options. They even thoughtfully arranged the best room type for me based on my itinerary. Throughout my stay, they were highly responsive, addressing all my requests promptly and appropriately, offering genuine service without being overbearing. The hotel's location is superb, and the room offered expansive views, was clean, elegant, and well-maintained. It was truly the warm and attentive service from these three specialists that made my entire trip exceptionally comfortable. I will definitely prioritize Conrad Beijing for future business trips to the city.
