Conrad Hotels & Resorts properties in Beijing

My friend was getting married, and I booked the Conrad because I didn't want to get up early. There really haven't been many changes to the room... honestly, it's starting to show its age a bit. We had a few minor hiccups, also related to the facilities and equipment. But we encountered two incredibly sincere staff members, Leona and Chloe (I made sure to ask for their names). They didn't try to pass the buck at all; they completely understood our needs, calmed us down, and approached problem-solving with an attitude that deserves a huge thumbs up 👍. They significantly improved what was originally a less-than-perfect experience. I believe this is the greatest value in the service industry: empathizing with guests' feelings. Sincerity is always the ultimate weapon. By the way, I'd like to mention the bar, ”Cai” (I'm not sure if it's officially part of the hotel because we couldn't charge it to the room). At first, I thought it was just a quiet bar, but then I realized the service was excellent too. It's perfect for those of us who like to stay at the hotel and have a couple of drinks on the weekend 👍.
