Intercontinental Hotel & Resorts properties in Beijing

Every time I visit Beijing with my kids, I choose InterContinental. It's just across the street from Sanlitun, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, there are two subway stations nearby, so getting anywhere is a breeze. The room was comfortable, quiet, and spotless, with great natural light. Mika Flora, one of the staff members, was incredibly gentle and responsible, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the service was prompt. My only suggestion would be to improve the quality and variety of pastries in the dessert section. For instance, most hotel restaurants seem to have savory floss bread, and adding more sweet and savory options could make the selection even richer.

Facilities: You have to go downstairs yourself to pick up takeout. Cleanliness: Very clean. Location: Very close to the Bird's Nest stadium, a ten-minute walk, perfect for concerts. Service: From the front desk to the room attendants, everyone was very friendly. The turndown service was a nice touch, they even brought beer! I'll definitely stay here again.
