Unfortunately check in/out processes a bit confusing the procedure was not stated clearly with step by step, but still we managed to check in/out at last. The room is big for 2 and has enough places for luggage storage and other things, WiFi good ... kitchen fully equipped. The lobby's waiting area is very comfortable. Very convenient to have shops just round the corner and next to the tram station. We definitely recommend Smartments Berlin and consider it again for our next stay.

Very nice neighbourhood with a lot of Asian restaurants nearby. The hotel is quite modern and comfy. Self-check in is easy. No complaints at all and definitely will come back if I visit Berlin in the future.

- Mattress is too soft to cause back pain.
- Amenities were not cleaned properly.
- TV and wifi does not work with Amazon connection
