We got a 3-night stay at Henann Prime. We got at the hotel super early and Kyla (at the counter) allowed us to check in 4 hours early! Incredible! Totally made our first day so relaxing.
We stayed at the old wing which I honestly think is better than the new one. It’s quieter plus you get a nicer pool and a balcony.
They try to provide a wide breakfast spread day-on-day. Watching the sun set was such a special moment as we got front-row beach beds, made even better with some salted egg scallops (so good!).
Staff service was also always on point 5/5.

Service was outstanding. Checked in to Henann Prime from Mandarin Bay and Henann Prime’s service was unbeatable. It felt like home. Super relaxing and amazing staff like Marty and Mar from the restaurant. We have stayed numerous times at this hotel and feels like home.

Service was very good and very friendly, the breakfast is amazing, lots of choices, different kind of filipino dishes. The location is also very nice, beachfront hotel, the place is very clean, very new, and the Deluxe direct pool access is a must! Its very beautiful there, definitely will go back there again soon! Thank you for letting us feel very comfortable.

Room creepy! looks old. You can smell smoke coming from neighbor try to burn leaves.
Breakfast options are good but they don’t provide sufficient refills so there’s a tendency that you have to wait in order to get a food from their buffet!
some rooms are too far from the elevators since elevators near your rooms are not working.
