"Old hotel with average service, it's main function is to serve as a convenient location if you have to catch an early flight. The room is comfortable, but if you book the cheaper rooms they will send you to another wing, difficult to carry heavy luggage up to the rooms as the pathway to get there from the lobby is not well arranged with steep ramps."
Discover the convenience of being close. Our hotel is ideally located within Terminal 1 of Mexico City's International Airport, just a few steps away from the boarding gates. Enjoy our cozy rooms, perfect for relaxing before or after a long journey. Savor the exquisite flavors of our Mexican cuisine with an international twist at our restaurant, which is available 24 hours a day.
"To get to the hotel in T1 you need to go to gate 8 and go up the escalator. Although it says Radisson (or other hotel chain) it actually takes you to this hotel. By the time I arrived to Mexico City, the internal transfer train from T2 to T1 wasn't working (it is currently under maintenance). I am not sure if the hotel has a shuttle bus but at the airport they indicated me to take the ”red bus”; it charges 25MXN per person but then I learned there was another bus next to it that takes you for free to T1.
The room itself was fine, although it had certain Indian smell, not sure if from previous guest or the lotion they have by the sink.
I spent only one night there due to late arrival and early next day flight. Although I checked out very early, they managed to prepare the breakfast for me. The chicken sandwich was a blessing in my next flight.
2 things that were not so great: One of the 2 elevators to get to the lobby from the airport were not working properly, aways getting stuck at the lobby floor. In the room, the curtain was not closing entirely, and the bright white light of the airport was easily entering in the room (I am not sensitive to light to sleep but some people may).
I would recommend this hotel if you were just sleeping over for the night. There is nothing touristic around, but the airport offers you plenty of food options nearby the hotel."

"In the center of Constitution Square, the irreplaceable location is a few steps away from nearby attractions and city tour buses, making travel convenient and safe. The hotel service and overall quality are very high. The view from the rooftop breakfast restaurant and the food for dinner are great, and the 24-hour free drinks and snacks in the lobby are great! The bed is too soft, and a board was added after request. The standard room is very small. The deluxe room is more suitable."

"Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, speaking both English and Spanish; great location in Roma Norte, convenient for everything; great views from the upper floors.
Cons: Public areas, aside from the lobby, elevator, and hallways, are quite unhygienic. The public men's restroom on the 10th floor has a strong odor, and the toilet seat and lid are missing. The laundry room is poorly maintained, with many machines not working. Laundry detergent and liquid are missing and require asking for them. The rooms lack proper maintenance, with unpleasant marks on the walls."

"Хорошее расположение в спокойном районе города недалеко от центра. Соотношение цены и качества замечательное. Быстрое и удобное размещение, круглосуточная охрана. Персонал вежливый, всегда готов прийти на помощь. Апартаменты оборудованы кухней со всем необходимым (готовили постоянно). Все чисто. Но уборка по запросу за дополнительные деньги. Это сеть апартаментов: аналогичные разбросаны в других районах города, но дороже ввиду более премиального расположения."

"The location is perfect but everything else needs to be reviewed! The rooms are aging and need a real refresh...Moreover, when we arrived at the hotel at 8:00 a.m. after almost 20 hours of traveling with a baby, our room was available but we were asked to pay an additional €45 to be able to access it. ..(otherwise we had to wait until 3 p.m.!) On the other hand, no compensation for leaving the room early in the morning on the last day of our stay 😉)
2 towels for 3 people, 2 power outlets only available in the room, incessant noise due to single-glazed bedroom window, located on the 1st floor on a busy street...
And finally, impossible to access the roof terrace, all the time taken for ”private events” in short, we were particularly disappointed with our stay in view of the comments we had read before our reservation!"
