"Nice staff. Very well kept property. Slightly older but kept well very well. Daily cleaning of room is a plus. Location is close to metro and the MetroBus stops. Lot of eateries and supermarkets around. Walkable to some attractions like the Angel of Independence. I would stay here again. Affordable price. Safe deposit box is available. Big toilets. Nice view of the street. The only negative is the thin walls which is an issue if you have noisy neighbours."

"The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They have an airport shuttle from terminal 2 that goes every 20minutes. Then there is a bridge to terminal 1 that is a 3 minute walk, very convenient.
The room was okay and the staff were friendly enough

"It was fine.
Clean room, clean private bathroom.
I always buy the cheapest room. In this case, it had a window, but facing the hallway. Sometimes I try to get at least a window facing the street for good ventilation, but that option was much more expensive.
They gave me two towels, and the toilet has a lever.
Everything was fine. I paid approximately 900 euros a night, a bit pricey to be honest, but it's downtown.
They don't have a laundry room, and at least this room didn't have air conditioning."

Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …"

"Advantages: The hotel is in a good location, more than 10 minutes walk to Constitution Square, and there are many local restaurants around.
Disadvantages: 1. The sound insulation is super poor, the door is loud; 2. The male front desk is flat and never smiles; 3. There is no basic items such as drinking water, slippers, toothpaste in the room; 4. The bath water is very small.
The room I changed the next day was very beautiful, thank you for the male front desk."

"The best hotel I could have chosen. Extremely well located, our reservation included breakfast, which was a FULL breakfast. Also the reservation included 24/7 access to their Cafe Historico where you could get coffee hot chocolate, pastries, light sandwiches, salads...awesome. Free bottled water all the time as many as you want. Rooms are somewhat small but incredibly clean and enough to charge batteries to continue with your trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Good location, service is good. Arranged a pick up for us at the airport (paid). Many good food areas nearby. Only downside is that the room is a bit small and they hotel is for dodgy customers on the first floor. There were many ”couples” coming in and out at 4-5am when I was sitting at the lobby to use my computer"

"I booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center."

"The location is excellent, just one block from the WTC, so it's less than a 5-minute walk. I traveled for the La Mole convention and it was perfect. The included breakfast (very good) saves a lot of time since you only have to go down to the first floor and choose what you want (buffet), allowing you to sleep a little longer before getting up and then get ready for the convention after breakfast.
The only downsides I have are the following:
- The housekeeper was making her rounds between 8:00 and 8:30 am on the weekend; my intention was to wake up at 10:00 am, but this didn't allow me to.
- The bathroom faucet is a bit far from the sink and has quite a lot of pressure, which causes water to overflow from the sink due to its concave shape, soaking the entire vanity. And regulating the pressure makes the water fall behind the sink.
-The internet was a bit overloaded, so the most you could do was browse."

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

One of the best locations to stay in Mexico City—especially if you’re visiting the vibrant areas of San Ángel and Insurgentes. You’re surrounded by tons of great restaurants and bars, and right next door is the Metropolitan Theater, which hosts events almost daily.
Transportation is super convenient, with the Metrobus station just outside, connecting you to both the north and south of the city. The UNAM (Mexican National University), the stadium, and even the Chinese Embassy are all nearby—there’s just so much around.
The hotel itself offers great service, cozy rooms, and an amazing staff. They even provide free shuttles, and the driver, Alberto, is fantastic—friendly and super helpful.
Bonus tip: there’s an Italian restaurant downstairs with a buy-one-get-one pizza deal on Tuesdays. Don’t miss it!
Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and an unbeatable location.

The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.
