"Such a wonderful stay, staff is super friendly and helpfull. Room amenities and facilities is excellent, got USB charger provided and this is super helpful in the room. The room condition is excellent with all the equipment working well. Water park is nice for a family with kids and spend time here is soo valuable with the sea is directly in front of the building. Room special gifted is really made my day for relaxing."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Batu Ferringhi I booked my stay through Trip.com and the whole experience was effortless. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff member who attended to me was genuinely warm and accommodating. I was also given a late checkout, which made my stay even more relaxing. One thing I really enjoyed was the welcome cookie. It’s such a nice and thoughtful touch, especially when welcome drinks have become quite boring and predictable. The cookie felt unique and memorable. The lobby is spacious and inviting, with a beautiful view that immediately puts you in a good mood. My room was clean, comfortable and beautifully designed. Not long after I settled in, the hotel called to check if I needed anything. When I requested a toothbrush, they sent it up very quickly. The service throughout my stay felt attentive without being intrusive. Breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of choices and the staff were always nearby to help. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The gym is nice, well maintained and has a great view. The pool area is spacious, relaxing and perfect for winding down. Overall, I had a truly pleasant stay at DoubleTree Hilton Batu Ferringhi. Great service, great facilities and a very comfortable atmosphere. "Everything is excellent for this hotel. From the check in session til check out. Staffs were friendly and helpful. we enjoyed the welcome drinks given after a long drive. the room was squeaky clean and spacious. Unfortunately i cant see any sea view eventhough my booking was for deluxe seaview. Kids enjoyed the pools very much. And the beach also. Breakfast buffet offered variety of foods. Even their sambal also varied. overall we love park royal and definitely will repeat in the future."

"Hard Rock - Pleasant stay. Getting a superb experience from the Lagoon room. It is an amazing experience with the pool just in front of your room deck. Head into the pool for a swim anytime and back to the deck to chill on the bench. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, on the contrary, it is a bit disappointing on the concierge side as there is a contrast if comparing the two. Breakfast is great. A lot of selection and food is holding up its quality. However, the decorations and renovations seem to be a bit ‘outdated’, but not sure if this is intentional. The pool and surrounding facility are great as well, with the beach feel with sand on the floor surrounding the pool. There are sections of the pool which have sand as well. One thing to take note of is they have lifeguards on duty."

"Nice room but can see that the hotel is already old. The hotel room sliding door feels like gonna detached anytime but still in a working condition. The balcony view on my room is nice overlooking the  sea. The staff otherwise are very nice and welcoming."

"I had a delightful two-night stay at Shangri-La Penang! The lush greenery and big old trees provided lovely shade, creating a relaxing atmosphere while I sit near the pool or beach. The beach offered nice sunset view, but I am unsure if it’s swimmable We stayed in the Rasa Wing room, which came with lounge access and complimentary cocktails in the evening. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. While the hotel shows some age, it’s clear they’re working hard to maintain everything. Overall, it was a wonderful getaway, and recommend 👍🏻 Our Rasa Garden room had some water flow / plumbing noises (from the ceiling), even when we are not using the bathroom. Not sure if it’s because of old age building / old building design."

"The villa's ambiance and decor are quite nice, with a refrigerator and microwave. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach, but the soundproofing is poor. I didn't get a good night's rest after two days. We stayed in the master bedroom on the second floor, which has a bathroom. The other rooms had music playing outside on the first day, and the children were playing and making noise on the second day. It seemed like the door couldn't be locked, and I wasn't sure if it was locked, as it could be opened directly from the inside."
