We do have recording devices on the outside of the home, front and back, for safety and security. These cameras do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring door bell at the front door and faces away from the home. The back camera is on the house facing the alley. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas. We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. This is an incredible, older home with quirks about which prospective guests should be aware. With the exception of the bathroom, it features all-original wooden windows. While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen.
