"The guest house is a jewel, conveniently located though it is not evident to find the parking garage entrance, after all that is how the streets in Sarajevo are. I suggest that the owner putting up more detailed guidance. The rest is just perfect. Samir is friendly, the room is spacious, clean and quiet."

"We needed to stay somewhere close to the Sarajevo train station, and Hotel Grand is perfectly located just a short walk away (5-10 minutes). The staff was friendly and even prepared a small breakfast bag for us since we were leaving so early. However the room itself was rather bare-bones, and the shower drain was clearly clogged leading to a lot of flooding. There were exposed electrical wiring in the room and the hallways smelled a bit like an ashtray. Was okay for the money, but not really recommended."

"Parking outside the hotel is limited, but you can leave your car keys at the front desk and they will help you find a spot. We booked a triple room for two people, which was cheaper than a double room at the time. The room was spacious; it was on the top floor, so it had a loft layout. There were cushions by the window, so it seemed like a good place to sleep. It faced the street, but it was quiet with the windows closed. The bathroom wasn't a separate shower area; the shower only had half a glass partition, so you might get wet outside while showering, so be careful of slipping. The receptionist was very friendly; you can ask her about local restaurants. The cemetery is a one- or two-minute walk from the hotel, and the old town is less than 10 minutes away."

"Great hotel with an interesting historical background in a historical city; It's a little over 20 mins walk to the city center, however I choose this hotel because I have a car and this hotel has a very good parking lot for guest. You may take #6 tram to most city sights on this circle line.
Hotel breakfast was very good, however the hotel facilities and deco look little dated, and internet was very slow on 8th floor when we were there."

"The room was very clean, the boss was super nice, our checkin time was too late, the reception was off work, the enthusiastic boss answered the phone or came to help open the door to carry the box, and when we left, he also helped us call the taxi that did not kill the customer to the bus station, and there was also a service to and from the airport. Less than 5 minutes walk from Bashcharsia and Seville. It is also close to the tram station. The bus 200E stop for the airport can also walk on almost flat roads.
There is a supermarket, KONZUM nearby. The scale is small. It is Sunday holidays. There is also a bakery near the tram station. I also do it here on Sundays.

The shower booth is a type of door closed and does not jump out of the water. The water pressure is strong. Wait a little for hot water to come out.
The toilet is heated very close when sitting, and it is easy to hit your legs. Except for that, it is easy to use.

The entrance door is locked. Let's ring the bell and call the staff at first.
Check in and you will get an electronic key to unlock the door with the room key.

"Just in the old town, it is very convenient to go out to the old street. Very close to the attractions. A few minutes walk.
There is no stairs, and it is heavy to carry luggage on the second floor.
There is a parking lot outside, but there are many cars (the whole old city has a lot of cars, the lane is very narrow, and the speed of individual cars is very fast). If you grab a parking space, 10 euros a night.
The hotel lobby has free coffee, fruit, snacks, very warm.
The waiter was very good."

AAnton from MoscowAbsolutely amazing stay. Every staff member we met was hospitable and helpful from the very start of the reservation process. The hotel location is perfect: not only inside Baščaršija with its cafes and restaurants, but next to a supermarket and a drugstore. The hotel has its own parking lots located in a one-minute walk. We had a room on the third floor (yes, there's an elevator) with a nice view on the Gazi Husrev-beg mosque. The room was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, a couple of dishes changed every day. The hotel is highly recommended.

The only bad thing is to contact the hotel front desk, send to the train station only 2㎞, charge 30 mark, (because I am worried that I can't get a taxi too early, in fact, there is already a taxi at 6 o'clock in front of the hotel)

The front desk reception service is warm and thoughtful, the room cleaning is timely and efficient, the staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner, and put themselves in the shoes of the guests. It was a very satisfactory stay experience. I felt the warmth of home in this hotel, the beds are comfortable, the supplies are thoughtful, and the service is meticulous. It is an ideal place to stay for business trips and travel.

GGuest UserThe room is large, the rooftop balcony has a nice view, the hotel facilities are complete, clean and sanitary. The breakfast is quite rich. The hotel is located halfway up the mountain, you have to take a taxi to get there, and it is very hard to walk with luggage. There is a large shopping mall nearby, which takes 10 minutes to walk.

EExorcist228Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе.
- Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки.
- Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную.
- Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем...
- Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место.
Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))
