"Everything was good, and the breakfast was decent. However, it's quite an uphill walk to get there, and they close at 12, so you have to call to get in after that! They have a water cooler and other nice perks available 24/7, but there's no fridge in the room, nor any disposable amenities (slippers, disposable toothbrush). Otherwise, everything else is fine."

"This is arguably the best hotel in Sarajevo. The location is excellent, with many large shopping malls nearby. The rooms are quite spacious, and the bathrooms are also large. I had a spa treatment; the technique was so-so. Since I didn't have cash, I couldn't leave a tip, so I offered to leave it in the room account, but the masseuse politely declined. It was quite nice. However, an unpleasant incident occurred. Upon check-in, even though I had already paid for the room through Ctrip, and European hotels generally don't require credit card guarantees (none of the other hotels on this trip did), this hotel insisted on taking down my credit card number. About an hour after check-out, the card was fraudulently used. It was terrifying! The transactions were from overseas shopping websites, including American and Korean sites. I immediately contacted my bank to cancel the card. This is likely the work of a hotel employee. It's truly appalling and indicates a problem with the hotel's oversight. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a medical clinic or doctor. In cases of illness (not related to food at the hotel), when I called, they said there was no doctor and I had to go to the hospital myself; they couldn't offer any assistance. Be very careful if you stay at this hotel."

"The hotel was fantastic; we loved it. The receptionist was very helpful with everything. At the end of our stay, we asked for a taxi, and they helped us with that too. We stayed on the 14th floor, which offers amazing views of the city (not exactly picturesque, but the mountains are amazing 😍). The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice: there were always vegetables, eggs (the omelet was burnt once and tasted awful), pastries, and fresh fruit. The only thing we didn't like was that upon check-in, reception told us breakfast started at 6:00 AM. We had to leave early for an excursion, so we arrived for breakfast just as it opened (6:15 AM). Several dishes were already served, but the coffee machines were turned off (meaning there was no hot water for tea either). A woman came around setting the table, and I asked her if I could at least pour some tea. She completely ignored me, made a disgruntled face, and left. As a result, we were left without breakfast."

"I will start with the good things: The room was very big. The toilet too. The wi-fi worked very well. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Around 5 pm they have some water and cookies for guests. The room was quiet. They had an iron and everything to iron your clothes, security box and a very big window. They have mini bar in the fridge of the room. Not sure about the prices. Not so good things: This hotel is convenient for people who are willing to walk, take a taxi or just don't mind staying in a hotel a bit far from the city center. I consider myself as a great walker and still got exhausted especially because summers are hot as hell. If you stay in a room next to the river be ready to see THOUSANDS of river mosquitoes (they don't bite or annoy you but it was weird to see the window completely covered) they can enter the room but they follow the lights. The window was a bit dusty and the cups for coffee were dusty too. Note: Bosnia has many earthquakes almost every day (something new I learned) so I experienced one. The bed and the lights moved at 4 am but I heard nobody saying anything. Just as FYI."

"This hotel is located in the old town, a beautifully renovated historic building. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Republic Square, St. Sava Temple, and a shopping mall. The facilities are comprehensive and well-laid out, including slippers, and it's quiet at night. The hotel's breakfast room is stunning, and the breakfast itself is plentiful and delicious."

"The room was great, and the hotel's location from the airport is good. The only slight inconvenience is getting to the train station, but other attractions are all within walking distance. The facilities are comprehensive, including a coin-operated washing machine which isn't expensive. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff spoke very clear English – it was the first time I fully understood someone's English since arriving in Serbia and Bosnia! The immediate surroundings are a bit average, but it's still a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle. The only minor issue was that the cutlery wasn't very clean, but it was easily fixed with a quick wash. Plus, there's a balcony!"

"The service was absolutely terrible. The travel agency booked our stay the night before, and we wanted to stay an extra night, so we booked another through Ctrip. On the day we checked in, we asked to extend our stay for another day. They told us to come back to the front desk the next day and try again with our credit card, which would most likely be possible. But when we arrived at the front desk at 10 a.m. the next morning, we were told we couldn't extend our stay. We had to move rooms and have to accept a 12:00 PM check-in and a 3:00 PM check-out. The reason was that a group had booked two weeks prior, and they had given us their room number. What kind of excuse is that? I've never heard of that. I was hoping for a convenient extension, but we ended up having to change hotels. After a long argument, they said they'd leave our luggage in the room and move us to the new room once it was ready. I reluctantly accepted that. Also, my friend's room was infested with giant spiders—more than one—and the staff were using paper cups to catch them. I strongly don't recommend this hotel. You should definitely try a better one."

"Ну что ж, один из самых низкооцененных мною отелей, не скажу что прям совсем ужасно, но как будто бы можно лучше. Лайк за мужчину который забрал чемоданы со скоростью звука, не успев выйти из такси и поставить поклажу на землю. Лайк, что нашли пуль от кондиционера, потому что в эти дни была температура 30 и хотелось бы перед сном уснуть в прохладе. - Начнем с расположения, находиться высокооооо в на горе, если будете ходить пешком, то там просто максимально не удобная дорога, на повороте к отелю даже перейти дорогу невозможно нормально. Или такси или риски, что добраться вниз :D но, но, до автобусной станции минут 10(10€), до аэропорта минут 15-20 ехать (20€), в принципе жить можно. До старой части города минут 40 пешком или 40 минут на трамвае или автобусе, проезд стоит 1.8 местной марки. - Номер: был чрезвычайно маленьким, меньше чем я был в Токио, прикроватный люстры, которые на уровне головы, сделал издеватель какой-то, постоянно из головой замечаешь, можно же было из разнести по сторонам, к чему было так делать... Так как моло места, мало полок и совсем вытекающим. Места супер мало, 2 чемодана и все, перешагиваешь их, чтобы пройти в уборную. - Завтрак. Нууу, слабенько, совсем простенько, всего лежит так мало, что переживаешь, если возьмёшь дополнительный кусочек чего либо, другим не хватит. Не то, чтобы прям совсем убого, но ожидаешь чего-то более. Не то, чтобы я был привередой каким-то, но завтраки ни о чем... - Люди. Приветливые, готовые помочь и исправить что могут в меру своих сил, наверное доп бал именно за них и накинул. Может мне достался просто такой маленький номер, не знаю, но ещё раз, я скорее бы не стал у них останавливаться(( в любом случае спасибо за прием, а да, хотелось бы ещё оставить номер замечательного водителя, который готов вас отвести куда угодно, ну в пределах разумного и не за Овер прайс +387 ** *** ***, очень вежливый, пунктуальный и общительный молодой человек, который не обманет и за оговоренную сумму привезет вас в нужное место. Да и вообще, мне как жителю России было приятно находиться в Боснии, все приветливые, радушные, можете приехать к нам и будетe видеть супер понурые и унылые лица, везде :DD а тут заряжаешься позитивом))"
