"Newly opened hotel, very close to West Edmonton Mall, just across the street, and there is jollibee fried food next to the show, which is very convenient. But the service is average, the hand sanitizer is gone, the front desk said the person who replaced it would be late, and no one replaced it after he left. The room is large, and it is equipped with a microwave and a large refrigerator, which is very convenient. The curtains in the room cannot be closed, and the lights outside are still quite dazzling at night. The waiter does not speak Chinese, and toiletries need to be charged separately."

"We had a great time staying at this Best Western Plus. We would definitely stay here again. The room was great, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was very clean, except for a few spots missed in the tub, which wouldn't have been noticed except that I had a bath and could see the lower part of the faucet and under the tub handle. Other than that, it was perfect and we were very happy with our stay.
The pool and hot tub being open until midnight was a bonus."

"The hotel is very close to the water park, driving about 8 minutes, near the KFC, Walmart, the hotel's breakfast is also not bad, but the facilities are relatively old, like many years ago, the hotel's service in general, just started to check in when I saw to take a lot of luggage no one to help take a little bit of the face of the expressionless."

"*Location is both an advantage and a disadvantage. The surrounding area is very convenient and lively, with clusters of hotels, next to a mall with Wal-Mart. There are no less than 10 large and small restaurants, and it is very convenient for people to be rich and thrifty. Panda Express satisfies the Chinese stomach very well. The main road next to it is a high-speed, large trucks, large trucks, driving past at a high speed, and I was woken up by the sound of high-speed vehicles at 5 o'clock in the morning, feeling like I was sleeping on the road😭
*Service, less than satisfactory. On the first night of my stay, the body lotion in the bathroom was half a bottle left, so I just threw it away. So there was nothing on the sink except a small bar of soap. The room was cleaned the next day and nothing was repaired. And no floor towels for the new bathroom.
* Facilities, room with kitchen? ! Yes, there is a microwave, a sink, what else? and no more! ! The bedding is poor, and the sheets and quilts that have been washed with a lot of water are old and gray, which looks like a cheap hotel.
*Breakfast, from 7 to 9 o'clock in the middle of the week, besides the chef's on-site fried eggs, there are fruits, yogurt, bread, and meat, which are all available.
In short, I won't stay next time, the Sheraton next door is obviously better than here, the difference between an express hotel and a star hotel."

"The hotel is far from the city and less than ten minutes drive from the West Edmonton Mall. The shopping mall has a large space, but it is not as huge as imagined, mainly because the landscape water system outside the business occupies the line of sight. The hotel is located on the side of the road, the surrounding environment is relatively secluded, there is no other business or place for walking. The internal facilities are OK, the room is quite satisfactory, the semi-buffet breakfast on the side of the lobby is good, you can eat well."

MMyrandaEverything was good, the hotel is simple and not fancy, but the room was clean and nice. There were only a few little things that weren't that great. One was the breakfast. It was a little more sparse than I thought it would be (no real protein except for refrigerated boiled eggs that weren't great, and everything else was pretty much just fruit, and other carbs). T.V remote didn't work, and there also wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom (but there was shampoo, body lotion, and two nice mini Dove soap bars). Overall the stay was worth the low cost, good for a budget hotel.

FFrankiePlace was reasonably clean, amenities are ok and breakfast is good. However they are understaffed at night, making check-ins a long process. There's only one attendant and when I arrived there are at least 8 people In the line. No bottled water or sandals.

GGuest UserThis was a convenient place for us to stay, close to our niece for a visit. The staff were very nice, welcoming and friendly. However, the Inn is very old and it shows. It needs fresh carpets, paint and although the lady preparing the free breakfast was wonderful, the facilities and variety of food was very poor. It was set up in what appeared to be a converted hotel room on the 3rd floor, so not very roomy for the number of guests attending. There was pancakes, toast, boiled eggs, some yogurt and fruit and coffee. We didn't bother, especially as there was a lineup out into the hallway.

HhongpowerIt takes about 20 minutes by Uber from Edmonton Airport. It cost about 33 bucks. There is also a Korean restaurant nearby... It is not a walkable distance. All schedules were handled by Uber. The sound of the air conditioner in the room… . It's so big... I turned it off when I went to sleep.

JJun-jun0424You get what you paid for. If you are looking for a very affordable place to stay and your only concern is your budget then this is your go to place in Edmonton area. Location wise, it is in an odd place and there aren't shops close to this location so you'll have to go out and drive if you need to buy something. With regards to service, they went above and beyond my requests and are super friendly and welcoming. I requested for a portable heater because they have no way to adjust the heat temp in each room (it's centralized) and they offered me this option for free. Their TVs are smart TV and I'm super amazed because you don't get this in bigger 3 star hotels where you pay almost double the price of what you pay here! You will just have to request in the front desk for the TV's remote control if you want to use the smart tv features like logging in on your streaming apps or casting/mirroring videos from your phone or tablets to the TV's screen..
