"Hello everyone. I stayed here from the 1st to the 2nd, and got a corner room on the 3rd floor with a sea and pool view! What I didn't like: (The hotel information mentioned a kids' club, but we couldn't find it – it was under renovation, which left my child unhappy and in tears.)
We couldn't book the spa for 3 people immediately; there were no therapists available at our desired time, which was the afternoon of February 1st.
Furthermore, the pool smelled so strongly of chlorine that it was unpleasant to be near.
The water in the room also reeked of chlorine and was salty, as if it came from the pool, and the water pressure was severely lacking.
The bottom of the pool itself had green, stagnant moldy spots.
The toilet with broken blinds was something else entirely. Why even design a toilet like that, with an open view into the room? That's quite an exotic concept – we absolutely disliked it.
The staff were polite; they refilled the shower gel bottle when we called, as it wasn't there upon check-in.
We didn't like the breakfast; for a 4-star hotel, they have a lot to learn. I believe this hotel is, at most, a 3-star."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! Staff were lovely and helpful. The rooftop pool is gorgeous. Also the hotel is just in front of the the railay east pier so you don’t have to travel far. It’s about a 10/15 minute walk to railay west to the other beach and about 10 minute walk to Phra nang beach!
Breakfast was really nice, had great options that catered both western and local options.
Would definitely come back here for a longer stay."

"The hotel is good with good location (7-8 minutes walk to mud crab sculpture and daily night market and 10-12 minutes walk to walking street) Breakfast average. If your room is on river side (river across the road) then quite noisy at night due to traffic. Try to get pool side room. Staff very courteous and helpful and you can reliably book all tours etc from the hotel.
I probably will stay here If I decide to stay in Krabi. But if you are are a tourist, why not stay in Ao Nung?"

"I was really impressed with the service. It was excellent! My room was upgraded to a suite, which was huge and even had a kitchen – more space than I really needed, but it was nice to just wander around, haha. The most impressive thing was definitely the bed, mattress, and bedding. So soft, clean, and smelled wonderful. Lots of pillows, it was so comfortable I almost didn't want to get out of bed! The blue light above the bed was a nice touch too. All in all, I'd give this place a 10/10. Just one small thing, there weren't any hair towels, only bath towels (how could they miss that?). Other than that, everything was perfect and well worth the price."

It is definitely a good place to stay for five or six days! I feel that it is the most charming residence on Phi Phi Island, with a seaside cabin, close to nature, walking barefoot on the soft and white beach every day, blowing the sea breeze, and directly entering the relaxation and vacation mode. And the hotel is very quiet. In the morning, you can hear the birds singing and slowly get up, and then have a perfect breakfast. In the afternoon, you can take a nap in your room semi-outdoors and sit in a daze. Occasionally, a small family of three monkeys will visit your room, take some fruit and run away. The hotel's dining is the most upscale choice on this island. The cocktails are first-class, and the lamb chops are great! The spa is also lovely. The service level of the entire hotel is first-class and enthusiastic. Several employees, such as Ms. Ping, speak Chinese very well👍, and the general manager Mr. Becker can also speak some Chinese! In short, it is a perfect resort on Phi Phi Island.

This hotel has a great environment, and its own private beach. It's a good choice for Chinese travelers who prefer peace and privacy. The only downside is the food; there aren't many restaurants nearby, and it takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to town. The hotel's own food isn't really suited for Chinese palates, it's all foreign cuisine.

I absolutely loved my stay at this beach resort in Krabi—it was absolutely perfect in every way. The scenery here is breathtakingly beautiful, with turquoise waters, golden sand, and stunning limestone cliffs all around. The beach itself is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous; I couldn’t have asked for a nicer spot to relax by the ocean.
The best part by far is the resort’s swimming pool, which is actually the largest pool in Thailand. We spent so much time there and had the best time swimming, laughing, and enjoying the water—it was so much fun.
The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. The staff were kind, helpful, and attentive to every need.
Overall, everything was flawless. We had an incredible time in Thailand, and this resort made our trip even more wonderful. I can’t recommend it enough!

Guest UserIt was our first trip here in Krabi with 7 childrwn here. We stay for 4D3N here at Two Bedroom Fantasy & Triple Fantasy Family Room . The place was soooo comfortable for big family like us! Services was super good too! And their customer services staff & infact all their staff are friendly, helpful and always put smile on their face which feel us so welcome! Mine package include breaksfast too & their breakfast have so much variety & choices. And place is convient too nearer to shops, and for halal foods need to walk further abit.
My family are feeling so welcome here & happy to be there. Thank you Ananta Burin Resort. Will definitely return soon! ❤️

MerveYThe hotel has a beautiful location and the beach is truly excellent. The room was also comfortable and nicely designed. The staff are generally friendly and polite.
However, this hotel definitely does not meet 5-star standards.
There was no security or lifeguard at the pool or the beach, which is very concerning, especially for families with children. The staff are kind, but there is almost no proactive service. You need to explain everything twice and personally find someone if you need assistance.
Housekeeping was also below expectations. Towels and tissues were not replenished unless we specifically requested them. Nothing in the room was refreshed automatically. Even more disappointing, the WiFi was cut off immediately after we checked out.
One particularly unpleasant experience happened at the restaurant by the beach. I briefly stepped inside in my swimsuit just to call my child. I explained that we were leaving immediately to change and would return for dinner properly dressed. Instead of a polite reminder, I was told in a harsh tone that I had to leave immediately and that proper clothing was required. The way it was handled felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional.
Overall, the hotel is nice in terms of location and beach quality, but the service level and overall management do not justify a 5-star rating.

Stayed at Sea Seeker Krabi in early July and it exceeded my expectations. The pool area is stunning, especially with the view — perfect spot to unwind after a day out exploring Ao Nang. The room was spacious, clean, and genuinely comfortable; I slept so well every night.
What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or requests, big or small. It made the whole trip feel effortless.
Highly recommend Sea Seeker if you’re visiting Krabi. Great value for the experience you get. Can’t wait to return!

The Holiday Inn Resort Krabi Ao Nang Beach part of the IHG group, which we end up staying with for most of our trips was a solid choice. The hotel is conveniently located right on the main road, just a short walk from Ao Nang Beach.
The rooms are set a bit uphill from the lobby, but they provide a buggy service to help with luggage, which was very handy on arrival. To get down to the beach or restaurants you walk through the lovely pool area; there are plenty of elevators, though you still need to navigate a few sets of stairs along the way.
Breakfast offered a good selection of various cuisines (Thai, Western, Indian, and continental options), the rooms were clean and tidy, and they had a good system for replenishing drinking water every day. The room size was just okay, nothing huge, but exactly what we expected for the category we booked.

Lam KuenIt took about 40 minutes and 390 baht to get to the hotel from the airport using a Bolt ride-hailing service. The hotel room was very spacious, with enough room for two double beds. The air conditioning and water pressure were good. The pool wasn't small, and the water was deep enough for adults. Breakfast offered a variety of Chinese, Thai, and Western options, with slight changes daily. The hotel is conveniently located about 50 meters from the beach, making access very easy. It's also just a 2-minute walk to the main street, offering a quiet yet very convenient location.Areas for improvement: The remote-controlled lighting was a bit inconvenient, there were small insects in the room, and the pool closed too early at 6 PM.

Guest UserThe room was perfect, very large comfortable bed. Cleaning was done daily with no issues. The amenities are okay, nothing special. The mini golf course was covered in plants and needs a renovation. The gym was being worked on. The main pool with the bar, the jets don't work and the bar drinks and food are over priced. Plus, they don't have beer. I was very happy otherwise.
