"The sea view room faces the sea and the vision is very good. The surrounding environment is also good, the problem is that the hotel is a bit old, it seems that it has been missing for a long time. "This location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Puerto Natales Bus Terminal which includes some slopes, and is a less than 10-minute walk to the main streets of Puerto Natales, so overall I consider this a good compromise of a location. There are several supermarkets nearby and it is conveniently close to many of the good local restaurants and cafes. Most tour operators can pick up straight from this hostal.
The hostal requires an online check-in pre-arrival, and was responsive when I arrived (though the reception is not always manned). Check-out procedure was also quick and hassle-free.
The room and bathroom are kept very tidy. Breakfast was mainly self-service style and basic, but it got the job done. The kitchen was open to use and provided a lot of convenience during the stay, including use of the fridge, water kettle, and various utensils."

"Very distinctive hotel, good location, close to the beach. The room is small, clean and well equipped. There are bath liquid, shampoo, hair dryer. There is heating and it is very warm. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but the combination is reasonable. There are difficulties, the front desk staff is very helpful, thank you. The room was equipped with earplugs, I thought it would be noisy, but it was actually very quiet."

"The Veat is soso , compared to other hotel / hostel in perto natales ,The Veat is much more clean but the price is double. For the Breakfast , I think it’s soso , the breakfast time is start @6:30 , as the staff said , if u got any plan and u hv to leave before 6:30 , u hv to request to them.Then , they will make u the breakfast earlier / takeout. I did requested for the early breakfast , but I got rejected . Also , There’s a restaurant called Santolla , I think Santolla it’s a “must” to try !

"The hostel is a bit old and the facilities are a bit dated, but it's very clean, and the hot water and heating work great, making the room quite comfortable. The owner and his family are wonderful. There's a restaurant next to the hostel, and the owner recommended a burger-like dish that was absolutely massive – way too much for one person! They even reheated our leftover pizza for us the next morning. The owner's son was incredibly helpful; he booked our Torres del Paine tickets online and even checked us in for our flight when we left, which was a huge help. Big thumbs up to him! 👍🏻"

"The hotel is among the best during my trip. The layout has a Norwegian feel to it, very practical and efficient. The staff here is truly a gem, very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. It's so comfortable that I will definitely choose to stay here again. The downside is the lack of lifts, but the staff will offer help to carry the luggage."

- located in the hub of the city centre that is close to everything ;
- The host is friendly and caring.
- The is a perfectionist and owes it to herself in giving the best to the guests. She once came to our help and tried fixing minor problems ;
- nice and comfortable apartment that puts it on the pedestal in the same league;
- squeaky clean;
- very comfortable mattresses and duvets that are comparable to those in 5-star hotels. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack;
- quiet and reclusive but also in proximity to the Main Street
